On the basis of previous studies,the researcher have designed a set of student interview syllabus and a teachers'autonomy-suppressing behaviors scale,then through the literature review,semi-structured interviews,student nominations and questionnaires,we identified four types of teachers' autonomy-suppressing behaviors that need to be intervened.Based on the theory of self-determination,we have compiled four sets of training question banks to use to intervening the teachers,in the form of off-line discussion the intervening has achieved a certain results.This paper is divided into two studies.The first one is "confirmation" study.The purpose of this study is to confirm the intensity of autonomous restraint of words and deeds in the early research results on the basis of domestic and foreign research.Secondly,in order to ensure the content of intervention has better ecological validity,the author interviewed the students about the structure,and finally confirmed four kinds of autonomous restraint of words and deeds:deadline statements,asking controlling questions,exhibiting solutions/answers,and time holding.At the same time,we also found that there was a significant negative correlation between the use intensity of teachers 'self-restraint behavior and age or teaching age.The second is intervention research,aiming at reducing and eliminating teachers'autonomy-suppressing behaviors through the off-line discussion and feedback.Based on the theory of self-determination and the results of the first study,four sets of exercises were compiled.At the end of each seminar,the questions were sent to the teacher to answer.Firstly the researcher gave correct and wrong judgments from the perspective of theoretical research,and then discussed in the next class.Finally,we validate the feasibility,practicability and effectiveness of the intervention study by the teachers'subjective evaluation of the intervention training and the students' perception of teachers'self-support as the post-test data validate.
