After reviwing a lot of research,it's obviously that autonomous motivation is critical to students'academic outcomes.It is also realized that teachers and parents foster autonomous motivation when they create an environment that facilitates the satisfaction of students'needs for autonomy, competence and relatedness .Based on the self education idea and the Self-Determination Theory ,the aims of this research are to(:a)work out a system of scheme about teachers'educational behavior;(b)check out whether teachers'autonomous support behabiors affect students'motivation and learn outcomes.To accomplete this research,lots of work have been done,such as ploughing through documents, Measurement,action research, case study.The steps of the research are as follows:(1)First, learn about the teacher's autonomous support behavior,the students'motivation situation,and students'math score of last term;(2)Second,discuss the schemes of teachers'autonomous support behavior;(3)Third,improve the schemes by every two weeks'discuss;(4) Fourth, learn about the teacher's autonomous support behavior, the students'motivation situation,and students'math score of this term;(5)Fifth, use SPSS11.5 to analyze the data,and discuss with the teacher about the rearch in her class this term.The conclutions of this study are:(1)Both the autonomous motivation and controlled motivation of the students Grade Six are not very high or very low ;(2)Students can perceived and be affected the teachers'autonomous support behaviours;(3) Teachers'autonomous support behaviours will positively affect the students'autonomous motivation,however, students'controlled motivation can't be reduced in the short term;(4)It is important to afford a free environment for students,teachers and parents are all responsible to this hard work;(5)Teachers'autonomous support behaviours would affect students'motivation,and students'motivation would effectively affect students'academic outcomes.This study supports other researches,it is realized that Teachers'autonomous support behaviours would affect students'motivation and students'academic outcomes. It is appealed that all teachers and parents to make out a free environment for students.
