The rapid development of society and economy has brought many unavoidable social problems,such as the popularization of the network,the acceleration of urbanization,the increasing pressure of learning and life,and so on,which leads to the increasingly prominent mental health problems of children and adolescents,the gradual reduction of physical activity time,the trend of physical health showing a year-on decline,There is even a real problem of extreme uncoordinated physical and mental development.Sports is the cornerstone of education,known as the way of educating people,a large number of studies have shown that sports have the function of breeding and breeding heart,physical education and health care curriculum as the most important,direct and scientific way for students to contact sports,should be more extensive attention and attention.In order to comprehensively promote quality education and deepen the curriculum reform of basic education,the State has successively issued a series of policy documents,and put forward new requirements for the reform of teaching methods and methods.In order to understand the current situation of P.E.teachers ' teaching style and students ' mental health and their mechanism,the research will use the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics to study the teaching style of middle school P.E.teachers,students ' interest in physical education,physical education learning satisfaction,physical education learning attitude and mental health,and the relationship between them.The survey of 1386 secondary school students in 9 municipalities concluded with the following conclusions :1.Status of Psychological indicators(1)The tendency of teaching style of P.E.teachers in middle schools is from high to low in order(the consistency between high school and Junior Middle School): Innovative exploration type,caring sharing type,rigorous logic type and humorous and lively type;High school P.E.teachers scored significantly higher than junior high in 4 kinds of teaching styles.(2)The interest of middle school students in physical education learning is generally significantly higher than that of female students,and the gap is greatest in "concern about sports",and there are significant differences in the interest of middle school students in physical education and their dimensions in different grades and different age groups(except autonomy and inquiry).(3)There was no significant difference in gender in the learning satisfaction of middle school students and their dimensions,and there were significant differences in the satisfaction degree of middle school students in physical education in different grades and different age groups.(4)There was no significant difference in gender in the learning attitude and various dimensions of middle school students in physical education,and there were significant differences in the learning attitude and various dimensions of middle school students in different grades,and there were significant differences in sports emotion and exercise behavior among middle school students of different age groups.(5)The mental health of middle school students is in the "sub-health level",and the level of men and women is not different,different grades and different age groups of middle school students in the mental health and its various dimensions have significant differences.2.Relationship between psychological indicators(1)4 teaching styles of physical education teachers have significant predictive effect on students ' mental health,and the prediction ability is in turn humorous and lively type,caring sharing type,rigorous logic type and innovative exploration type.(2)Students ' interest in sports learning,physical education learning satisfaction and physical education learning attitude respectively play an intermediary role between PE teachers ' teaching style(each dimension)and students ' mental health,and the above intermediary models are established,humorous and lively and caring sharing teaching style through these intermediary models to promote students ' mental health level is stronger.(3)Students ' interest in physical education learning and physical education learning attitude play an intermediary role between PE teachers ' teaching style(each dimension)and students ' mental health;Students ' learning satisfaction in physical education and physical education learning attitude play an intermediary role between PE teachers ' teaching style(each dimension)and students ' mental health,and the above chain intermediary models are established.Humorous lively type and caring sharing teaching style through these chain intermediary model to promote students ' mental health level is stronger.In the model with students ' interest in sports learning and learning satisfaction of physical education as intermediary variables(4 models),only the model chain intermediary function of innovative exploratory teaching style is established,and the other 3 teaching style chain intermediary models "students ' interest in sports learning ? students ' physical education learning Satisfaction" path is not significant,and the research hypothesis Model 7 has not been verified.(4)Students ' interest in sports learning,physical education learning satisfaction and physical education learning attitude have multiple mediating effects(4 multiple intermediary models)between PE teachers ' teaching style and students ' mental health,each of which includes 5 indirect effects(i.e.3 intermediary effect and 2 chain intermediary effect).
