College archives record the development of the university,teaching experience scientific research projects and other very comprehensive information,not only a material wealth,but also sublimation as a spiritual wealth.And the emergence of new media for University archivists to publicize the work of University Archives provides a rich and novel propaganda platform.This paper makes a detailed investigation on the situation of 42 world-class universities on China using new media to carry out the propaganda work of university archives,five first-class indexes used in the first-class indexes,the five contents of the construction work of 42 world-class universities are counted and summarized to form a plurality of statistical questionnaire,which directly reflect the achievements and problems of the propaganda work of 42 world-class universities.Finally,on the basis of investigation and research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the current college archives propaganda work.In the first part of the article,42 world-class universities in China are selected as research objects,and archive websites,microblogs and Wechat Official Account are selected as publicity channels.Based on the basic situation,basic business,interactive communication,characteristic business and resource sharing in the publicity work of university archives,five first-level indicators are established,namely,the basic situation publicity of university archives,the basic business publicity of university archives,the interactive communication publicity of university archives,the characteristic business publicity of university archives and the resource sharing publicity of university archives.Through each first-level indicator,42 world-class universities are investigated on the use of archives websites,microblogs and Wechat Official Account for each file publicity work,and the investigation results are summarizes.The second chapter sorts out the achievements and existing problems in the research on the basis of the research results.The third chapter,based on the second chapter,puts forward some countermeasures for 42 world-class universities to use new media to carry out effective publicity in university archives publicity.
