Study On The Cultivation Of Core Competence Of Guangzhou Hengda Taobao Football Club

In the 21st century,with the rapid development of market economy in China,the national pursuit of competitive sports has further increased,which has greatly promoted the birth and development of professional sports football clubs in China.With the increasing number of professional football clubs,the fierce competition of professional football clubs is intensified.With the continuous development and change of market competition environment of football clubs,how to scientifically and efficiently co-ordinate the domestic and foreign resources of football clubs to adapt to the development of the environment,so as to participate in sports and market competition activities in the best state,and then build and enhance their core competitiveness,has become a key concern of football clubs.This paper takes Hengda Taobao Football Club as the research object,and analyses the cultivation and promotion of its core competitiveness.On the one hand,the research results provide theoretical and practical guidance for the future development of Hengda Taobao Football Club,on the other hand,with the help of the industry benchmarking role of Hengda Taobao Football Club,it provides experience for other football clubs in the cultivation of core competitiveness.In this paper,the core competitiveness of Guangzhou Evergreen Taobao Football Club is deeply analyzed by using the relevant theories such as core competitiveness,literature,case analysis,questionnaire and other analysis methods.Through the sample questionnaire survey,the author draws the conclusion that the key elements of the core competitiveness of football clubs include five aspects:competition organization,marketing,service ability,integration ability and operation mode,among which operation mode is the most important one.Aiming at these five competitive factors,the paper deeply analyzed the advantages,problems and causes of the core competitiveness of Hengda Taobao Football Club.On this basis,five strategies to cultivate core competitiveness are put forward,including operation mode positioning strategy,resource integration strategy,service ability cultivation strategy,marketing innovation strategy,and competition organization improvement strategy.Finally,from the aspects of organization,system,culture,talents and funds,this paper puts forward five safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy of cultivating core competitiveness of Evergrande Taobao Football Club.
