Physical exercise attitude refers to the comprehensive performance of individual's cognitive evaluation,emotional experience and behavioral intention of physical exercise activities.It is an important task for schools and teachers to create a good physical exercise atmosphere for students,to form a good attitude towards physical exercise and to develop positive physical exercise behavior.Through the research on the present situation and correlation of the attitude and behavior of physical exercise of students in three schools,this paper tries to explain the existing problems comprehensively with the theory of attitude and behavior in psychology,and then puts forward the ways and Countermeasures to solve the problems pertinently.The results are as follows:(1)The attitude of middle school students to physical exercise in three schools is generally good.But there are great differences among schools.The concrete manifestation is that the students' sports attitude of Liewu Middle School is obviously better than that of the other two schools.(2)Generally speaking,the students' physical exercise behavior in the three schools is not good.Considering the actual situation of middle school students,there is no limit on the intensity of their exercise load.Most of the students are still lower than the minimum number of times that the sports population participates in physical exercise activities defined by the State General Administration of Sports three times a week.(3)Among the seven factors affecting middle school students' attitudes to physical exercise,school physical atmosphere,physical education class,physical condition and students have a greater impact on the attitudes of students to physical exercise in three schools,while the other four factors(venues,equipment,teachers,parents)have a smaller impact on the attitudes of middle school students to physical exercise.(4)On the whole,the attitudes and behaviors of the students in the three schools are identical.The specific manifestation is that most of the students have good attitudes and behaviors towards physical exercise.But among the three schools,there are great differences in students' attitudes and behaviors towards physical exercise.It is worth noting that the attitudes towards physical exercise and physical exercise are the same,and among the people who all perform well,the fifth middle school accounts for a large proportion.But the behavior of physical exercise is consistent with the attitude of physical exercise,but among the poor performers,Shishi Beihu Middle School and 49 of them account for a larger proportion.The reason is that there are several factors which have great influence on the attitude of middle school students to physical exercise formed by various schools.In view of the above findings,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Optimizing the teaching mode.Compared with the traditional class structure teaching,modular teaching has more prominent advantages.Only from the school level,from top to bottom to provide students with more extensive,more interesting,and more relevant courses to their lives,students will be more interested in school sports,will they be more actively integrated into it.(2)Promoting the professional development of teachers.Modular teaching mode requires higher professional level of teachers.The diversified needs of students need more targeted guidance from teachers of different majors.Only in this way can we arouse students' enthusiasm for physical exercise and cultivate students' positive attitude towards physical exercise based on their interests,thus affecting their physical exercise behavior.(3)According to the physiological and psychological characteristics of female students,teaching design should be carried out reasonably.No matter what kind of teaching mode is adopted,students' physical and mental development as the main body should not be neglected.It is necessary to design more targeted courses according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of girls in Senior Two,and at the same time to establish an evaluation system different from that of boys.
