Since entering the twenty-first Century,China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization according to its own development rule,and this educational mode is also an inevitable choice for the healthy development of our society.However,at present,there are still tensions in the educational resources of universities in China.There is a clear contradiction between the current situation of educational resources sharing and the actual demand of effective educational resources,which seriously hampers the healthy and rapid development of higher education in China.In the city of Wuhan,in a very long period of time to focus on efficient sharing of educational resources,due to the relatively rich resources of higher education in Wuhan,therefore,some colleges and universities in the sharing of educational resources has made a try,but has yet to achieve effective integration and share education resource,failed to form a systematic education resource sharing advantage Wuhan City,limited the progress of higher education.It can be seen that it is significant and necessary to analyze the educational resources sharing problem in Universities in Wuhan,and the development of this research can also be a reference for other regions in China to solve the problem of sharing educational resources in universities.In this study,the research on the sharing of educational resources in Universities in Wuhan is a subject.Through a comprehensive review of the relevant domestic and foreign research status,the research background,significance,methods and framework of the research are analyzed.After that,the related theories of educational resources sharing in Colleges and universities are summarized,including the concept of educational resources,educational resources of colleges and universities,and the sharing of educational resources of colleges and universities.At the same time,this study is supported by evolutionary game theory,aggregation effect theory,lindal equilibrium theory and sharing management theory.In the process of analyzing the resources education and sharing status of universities in Wuhan,it is concluded that the distribution of educational resources is rich in educational resources,the distribution of educational resources in Wuhan colleges and universities is not balanced,and the demand for educational resources is increasing.In order to fully grasp the educational resources and sharing status of universities in Wuhan,this research conducted a field survey in Wuhan universities.The result of the survey shows that the problems in the sharing of educational resources in Wuhan university include: the lack of awareness of resource sharing,the lack of unified management of educational resources,the system constraints of resource sharing,the single field of resource sharing and the narrow benefit of sharing.It is found that the fundamental reasons for the above problems are the independence,lack of communication between schools,the lack of standardized educational resources management departments in Colleges and universities,the neglect of the use of network information systems,the polarization of educational resources distribution and the large gap between them.The results of educational resources sharing in Wuhan are: establishing school alliance "teaching community",setting up resource sharing system,and vigorously developing information technology in higher education.In order to solve the problem of the sharing of educational resources in Colleges and universities in Wuhan,this study points out that the relevant units and departments should pay attention to the establishment of resource sharing coordination institutions,promote the sharing mode of "teaching community",innovate the ways of sharing resources,and improve the relevant systems.
