Research On The Social Construction Of The Identity Of "Thirdline Family Workers" In The Change Of Danwei Institution

"Third-line family workers" is the first group of special workers who enter in Danwei as the wife of third-line workers under the logic of the state system arrangement.With the deepening of national modernization and the historical process of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the status and identity of the “family workers” who have the “class worker” status have undergone a complicated process of change.Its research can profoundly understand the complexity of the process of institutional change from the perspective of historical context,social circumstances and group mentality,and perspective the complex and inter-related relationships among identity,organizational identity,national identity and social identity in the context of institutional change.In the past,the related research has experienced from the macro system to the micro perspective,focusing on the process of the status evolution of the "third-line family workers",the identity construction and the logic of the identity practice in the context of the change of the unit system.What is lacking is the analysis of the internal change process of the identity of "family workers" under the joint construction of multiple social factors,as well as the role of multi forces in the recognition of the predicament of "family workers" in the context of the shift from the unit system to the community system.Therefore,this paper,taking the family members of the S factory in J Province as an example,analyzes the process of their identity in different periods of "potential imagination-strengthening-crisis elimination refactoring" : the identity of the factory is a conceptual order formed by the force of national strength,family identity,and professional identity.In the period of the great collective,the identity ofthe "family workers" experienced the process from strengthening to deconstruction,while in the process of strengthening the dependence on the units,but the identity of this period was true on the basis of the common labor practice on the basis of the unit space;and the "family worker" was disappearing with the unit system.In the interpretation of the incidents of petitions,we found that the reconfiguration of national policy,community self rescue and "interest resistance type identification" made family workers get some of the benefits of identity recognition,but the resistance type of interest.The benefit identity is very unstable and easy to eliminate.This paper analyzes the construction and reshaping process of identity of "third-line family workers" under the multiple forces such as state,community,society and small groups.From the construction of the state system to the multiple force of identity,the process of the identity change of "three line family workers" reflects the integration and reengineering of the relationship between the Chinese family,the organization and the individual.
