Our country begins to carry on the basic education curriculum reform for primary and middle schools,develops the quality education,and trains the all-round development talented person.A new round of basic education reform is to improve an important decision in twenty-first Century to cultivate talents with all-round development,national cultural literacy in our country,China is the reform of personnel training mode,an important way to promote further development of quality education.Quality education is crucial,implementing education for all students,promote improvement in all aspects of the students cultivate students serve country,serve the responsibility consciousness of the people,improve the students' creativity,to learn the theory knowledge to practice.The comprehensive development of quality education and the deepening of curriculum improvement,the curriculum teaching of primary and secondary schools must be updated to meet the quality requirements.Teachers,as the implementers of curriculum reform and quality education,have an important mission and play an irreplaceable role in the theory and practice of curriculum reform.Music education is one of the important component of the quality-oriented education,is also an important way to implement aesthetic education,the cultivation of student's aesthetic ability and moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic all-round development plays an important role.Therefore,in recent years,education departments and schools have paid more and more attention to music education.Heze city is a prefecture-level city in shandong province,located in the southwest of shandong province.It is a laggard area of shandong economic culture education.Heze city for a long time the primary school is affected by the exam-oriented education,pure pursuit of graduation rates,sound body beauty class FeiYingShi subject hardly open,so the status of music teachers in the school also gradually neglected,music teachers'professional development has also been seriously affected.In early 2008,is put forward to primary school in shandong province department of education as the breakthrough point,an important policy to boost all-round quality education,and required the primary school curriculum reforms,opening his music,fine arts,physical education curriculum,and strengthen the practice teaching.In the face of this important reform,our city elementary school begins school attaches great importance to music education,music teachers' professional status also slowly,professional development consciousness began to gradually strengthen,music education development has also improved.But because the city primary school music education to carry out late,our music education is still in the backward state of development,improve the teachers' professional development though,but music teacher professional standards there are still large gaps.This paper with the examples of heze city primary school on the school music teacher professional road issues discussed,seriously analyzed the school music teacher specialization road situation,and puts forward the effective ways to improve the situation and Suggestions.This article except introduction and conclusion,the text is divided into five parts:The first part of teacher specialization involves relevant theoretical knowledge.Including the meaning of teachers' specialization,the meaning of the music teachers'professional development,domestic and foreign music teachers music,teacher professional development and teacher professional road for school education quality in the role.The second part of the primary school music teachers professional development,to have the quality,the conditions.Elementary school music teacher professional development on the road,not only present in the teachers' professional ethics and professional knowledge,but performance can affect the elementary school teachers'professional development process of the external factors.The third part of heze city primary school music teacher professional development present situation investigation and study.Mainly through the questionnaire survey form of heze city primary school music teacher professional knowledge,professional skills,professional cordiality and professional development from four aspects of research.The fourth part Heze city primary school music teacher professional development present situation analysis.Mainly according to the survey analysis of heze city primary school music teachers in teachers' professional development problems.The fifth part is to improve the professional level and development of music teachers in heze primary school.According to the shortcomings revealed in the professional development of music teachers in heze primary school,the methods and Suggestions to solve these defects are pointed out.
