Suhomlinski said in "Give the whole soul to the child":"Music-Imagination-Fantasy-Fairy Tales-creation.this is the path children have taken to develop their spiritual power."Percussion activities should also be accompanied by music to wear the wings of imagination to children,making them walk to creative music world and supporting the children's autonomous expression.Eriksson' s theory of personality development tells us:The personality development of children aged 3 to 6 years old is in the stage of "autonomy to shyness"and "initiative to guilt".In this period,if teachers,as educators and caregivers,can correctly grasp children' s attitudes and behaviors towards young children and give adequate support and encouragement for children's autonomy or initiative,the result will promote children to form independent,self-esteem,courage to explore,optimistic personality characteristics.Teachers' autonomous support behavior is the support for children's autonomy,focusing on children's autonomous choice and self-expression,which can stimulate children' s learning motivation and learning potential.Teachers' self-supporting behavior in percussion activities is able to better promote children' s percussion learning,progress and innovation.This research uses the method of combining quality to expound.This paper mainly adopts observation method, interview method,work analysis method and literature method to collect data.The study is divided into the following five parts:Part 1th:Introduction.This part mainly includes the origin of the study,concept definition,literature review at home and abroad,as well as the theoretical and practical significance of the study.Part 2rd:Research programme.This part introduces the research purpose,research object and research methods,and describes the research tools and observation records and results in detail.Part 3rd:Analysis of the actual situation of Teachers'Self-supporting behavior in Percussion activities in Kindergarten.This study analyzes the current situation of 11 kinds of teachers' autonomous support behaviors in percussion activities in H kindergarten.And comparing from younger class,middle class,top class,novice teachers and skilled teachers,different abilities training process teacher's independent support behavior and other angles.Part 4th:Discussion.Based on the research results,summed up the characteristics of teachers' autonomous support behavior in kindergarten percussion activities,according to the content of relevant activities and interviews,summed up the impact factors causing teachers' autonomous support behavior in kindergarten percussion activities.Part 5th:Conclusions and recommendations.The researcher discussed the influence factors of the teacher*s independent support behavior in the kindergarten percussion activity,and put forward the related suggestions from the angle of teacher education idea,own qualifications and teaching ability.
