The process of urbanization throughout the country is accelerating, and more and more rural areas are developing in the direction of urban community governance.Under this background, the transformation of agriculture into communities has become a new type of community that covers a large number of people.Because the change of the identity and lifestyle of the residents in the process of the transference of the farmer has led to many new problems and contradictions.Among them, the contradiction between mother-in-law and mother-in-law,which is the main factor affecting family harmony, has also undergone new changes. However, relative to husband-wife relationship and parent-child relationship, the relationship between mother-in-law and mother-in-law is the most difficult family relationship and the most critical factor in family harmony. Therefore, the research on the contradiction between mother-in-law and wife-in-law through the social work involved in the transition from the community to the family is of great significance to the harmony of the family in the community. The literature research shows that the theoretical and practical research based on the various aspects of agriculture to community transformation is still at an exploratory stage, and most of them are theoretical studies.Social worker interventions specifically aimed at contradictions between the husband and the elder in the community are still in the blank field. This paper hopes to fill in this research gap through the intervention of social workers who contravene the conversion of the rural community to the mother-in-law and to enrich the study of social work intervention and research on intergenerational relations,so as to provide later researchers with some ideas and reference. This article takes Wenshang X community as a research site.First, the questionnaire survey method was used to understand the basic situation of the community before and after the transfer of farmers. Then, interviews were conducted with community staff and 20 pairs of mother-in-law,and based on the content of the interviews, the main manifestations of contradictions between husband-and-wife in rural communities, and the main causes of contradictions between husbands and wives,as well as the impact they caused were analyzed. Then, under the guidance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, family communication theory, and social learning theory, individual case work and group work were used to carry out the intervention of social work for the conversion of rural spouses to mother-in-law,and relevant assessment work was conducted. Finally, the importance of mutual cooperation with community service centers, the importance of professional instructors, the special nature of social workers' intervention, and the importance of advocacy communication were summarized. They were insufficient for social workers themselves, insufficient depth of intervention, insufficient breadth of intervention, inadequate intervention methods, and handling. The five aspects of the contradiction between farmers and their families were reconsidered.
