Since the promotion of community corrections by our country,it has played a crucial role in the prevention of social crimes and the promotion of social security and stability.However,due to the impact of traditional Chinese ideas and concerns about security risks,resulting in social exclusion for community correctional personal And with the improvement of social work professional level and service consciousness,community correctional social work also takes on the role of supervisory and humanistic careers in this field.On the issue of social exclusion faced by community correctional personal,social workers are also helping them to solve the dilemma they faced,re-establish a good network of self-identity and social support to restore their social function s and to achieve their goal of harmonious integration with the community.Narrative therapy,as a new paradigm of case work practice,It advocates the separation of the issue from the client,and to find the client is not affected by the problem under the unique results to be remodeling and consolidation,so that to strengthen the client of the new self-identity,making the smooth out of the shadow of the problem.Based on these,in this paper,by selecting two community correction al personals for the service client,using narrative therapy for the work mode and case-work as the method,through describing the principle and operation of narrative therapy,then applied them to specific practical work,and finally concluded to test the application of narrative therapy and the effect of service in the community exclusion of community correctional personal,and lastly give some suggestion to solve this problem.
