This paper attempts to use literature research methods and field study methods to observe and analyze the project of women's groups ability in B family social work service center in Guangdong province,since the government's policy pay attention to women's groups in social vulnerable groups,the government buys social work services for women's groups in social work institution to improve their ability in all aspects.this institutions takes the married women's groups who lack of work skills,have difficulties in life and work as the service object,through the service such as domestic workers can get the job immediately after training,work skills training,relaxing recreational activities on service platform provided by social work institutions to enhance the ability of women's groups to face difficulties in life and work,relieve the pressure on women's groups,improve alienation of social relations increase the economic income of individual women,and rebuild social support networks.While the projects are effective for women's groups,it is inevitable that there will be some problem such as negative participation of individual women,inconsistency between service concepts of social work institutions and wishes ofindividual women,trend of bottleneck period of social work institutions for women's service projects,and how to develop localized women's social work services.The author puts forward some Suggestions on this issue,such as the psychological construction of women's groups,extend skills training services related to the current social needs,develop the indigenized practice services for women in social work institutions,establish a professional social work talent team and call for more attention and support from the government and so on.
