The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made great efforts to safeguard and improve people's livelihood,comprehensively promote poverty alleviation and tackle key problems,and revitalize the rural economy.Under the dual background of urban and rural areas,rural left-behind women are the backbone of rural construction.Their degree of organization affects the process of rural revitalization,but there are not many studies on them.This paper focuses on the impact of various factors on the innovation of rural left-behind women's organizations,in order to put forward targeted suggestions to promote the development of rural left-behind women's organizations,and better speed up the process of modernization.This paper uses the innovation mechanism in the theory of institutional evolution.Innovation mechanism is the mechanism of formation.At the same time,according to the problems of limited institutional supply,poor marketability,obvious production conventions and less organizational learning and communication,the research hypothesis and influencing factors of the innovation of rural left-behind women's organizations are put forward.Combining the basic elements of the theory of institutional evolution: system,convention,learning and market,four kinds of factors are constructed: age,education level,nationality,annual income,family status and the registration of Left-behind women's organizations;behavioral factors are the object behavior of husbands,governments and organizations;cognitive factors,self-awareness,male and female abilities,and groups.Cognition of organizational willingness,institutional factors,policies and regulations,inter-organizational communication and learning,etc.According to the results of SPSS analysis,four kinds of factors are significantly related to the organizational innovation of rural left-behind women,and there is a moderating effect between cognitive factors and other three kinds of factors and the organizational innovation of rural left-behind women.With the improvement of the cognitive level of rural left-behind women themselves,the effect of women's Federation on recognition and willingness to associate,the influence of government's behavior is also increasing.The research hypothesis has also been confirmed.Therefore,according to the results of regression analysis and regulation analysis,it is considered that the innovation of rural left-behind women's organizations is influenced by such factors as policies and regulations,group learning,individual routine thinking and the degree of connection with the market.Efforts should be made to establish systems and regulations that are compatible with rural society,to establish an organizational communication platform,to strengthen the training of Left-behind women,and to improve their awareness of water.We should smooth the channels of resources,improve the market order and carry out various organizational activities.
