| Objective: To evaluate the effect and value of transvaginal hysteromyomectomy with fibroid auger.Methods: Retrospective October 2017-October 2019 in our hospital 100 cases hysteromyoma,50 cases of unused fibroids auger(control group)and 50 cases with fibroids auger(observation group),operate in the same way,to observe the operation completion,operation time,blood loss,intraoperative complications,postoperative diease rate and postoperative hospitalization days were analyzed.the residual and recurrence indexes of myoma were analyzed.Results: The operation in the observation group was 100% successful,and 2 cases in the control group(96%)needed laparoscopy.The operative time,blood loss and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05)and comparable.There were no bladder,intestinal and vascular injuries in both groups.Conclusion: It is safe and effective to perform transvaginal myomectomy by spiral drilling of fibroids,and it has clinical value and is worth popularizing. |
