Effect Analysis Of Enterprise Stent-assisted Coil Embolization For Intracranial Complex Aneurysms

Objective:To analyze the effect and prognosis of enterprise stent assisted coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial complex aneurysms.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on the treatment of intracranial complex aneurysms with enterprise stent in the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from January 2017 to December 2019.According to whether the aneurysms were ruptured or not,the ruptured group was taken as the reference group,the unruptured group as the control group 1,the ruptured group as the control group 2,Compared with the clinical and imaging data of ruptured group and unruptured group,ruptured group and spring coil group,the real-time embolization,perioperative complications,discharge Mrs score and the results of 3-24 months after operation wereanalyzed.Results: There was no significant difference in age,gender,history of diabetes mellitus,location of aneurysm,plaque or stenosis,ldc-c,Hcy,longest and widest diameter aneurysm between the ruptured group and the unruptured group(P There was no significant difference between the ruptured group and the spring coil group in baseline data(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the ruptured group and the spring coil group in perioperative complications(P>0.05)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no residual tumor in the three groups.There was no residual tumor in the three groups There was no significant difference in plug rate,neck residual rate and recurrence rate(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enterprise bracket is easy to operate,The success rate of stent release is high,which provides a relatively safe treatment method for intracranial complex aneurysms.Enterprise stent can be used to treat intracranial ruptured and unruptured aneurysms,and the initial complete embolization rate of unruptured aneurysms is higher.The short-term and medium-term effect of enterprise stent is good,which is suitable for patients with high recurrence rate of ruptured aneurysms treated with simple spring coil packing It can be used as a reference scheme,but it needs longer follow-up.
