| Objectives:Through clinical interrogation and collection of related laboratory data,we have discussed the correlation between patients’ blood viscosity,platelet,fasting blood glucose,blood stasis index,blood lipid,and the common symptoms of ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases all with the Blood Stasis Syndrome.We also judged the severity of the diseases by grading the severity of Blood Stasis Syndrome,so that the objectivity and accuracy of differentiation for Blood Stasis Syndrome of these diseases will be improved,and the reference for standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of such diseases would be provided.Methods:A total of 314 cases diagnosed as coronary heart disease or cerebral infarction who have Blood Stasis Syndrome as the main syndrome,were collected from physical examination,patients in Sun Qiao Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area of Shanghai(2017.4-2017.6),and the outpatient inpatient department visits the patient again in Guangming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Pudong New Area(2018.1-2018.8).These cases were asked to complete the clinical questionnaires and done a few related laboratory indicators tests included blood viscosity,platelet,fasting blood glucose,blood stasis index,and blood lipid.The data we got from the tests above will be analyzed through statistical analysis,include rank sum test,correspondence analysis and logistic regression analysis,and the regular changes of related factors between common ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases with different Blood Stasis Syndrome degrees and the laboratory indicators will be discussed.Results:1.More female patients of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases than male patients of all ages.The relationship between Blood Stasis and age in ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases with Blood Stasis Syndrome will be described as follow.Common ischemic and cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseaseswith Blood Stasis Syndrome is more common in patients over 60 years old.Patients of different ages are closely related to different disease syndromes,and patients over the age of 80 are more likely to have coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction;patients between 61 and 70 years old are closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease;patients between 71 and 80 years old are closely related to to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.2.In the Blood Stasis Syndrome of ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases,obesity brings higher cardiovascular & cerebrovascular risks to patients,and the proportion of central obesity in female patients is higher than that in male patients.3.Common symptoms and signs of Blood Stasis Syndrome of ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases: dizziness,memory loss,numbness or hemiplegic of the limbs,chest tightness,palpitation,tinnitus and deafness,shortness of breath,limb pain,head bilges,and dark lips.4.Common ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases with different degrees of Blood Stasis Syndrome have different results in each laboratory index.The test results of moderate and severe Blood Stasis Syndrome were higher than those of mild Blood Stasis Syndrome.The results of Blood Stasis Syndrome of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were higher than those of mild Blood Stasis Syndrome.The blood viscosity,fasting blood glucose,blood stasis index and triglyceride of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke and Blood Stasis Syndrome were higher than those with mild Blood Stasis Syndrome,but there was no statistical significance.With the increase of blood stasis,blood stasis index and triglyceride increased(P<0.05).5.The distribution of common clinical symptoms of ischemic cardiovascular &cerebrovascular diseases with different degrees of Blood Stasis Syndrome is different,and it is related to commonly used clinical laboratory indicators.Blood stasis index and triglyceride were closely correlated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and cerebral ischemic stroke Blood Stasis Syndrome(P < 0.05).The blood stasis index is expected to be one of the practical indexes to judge and evaluate the Blood Stasis Syndrome of ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases.Conclusions: The distribution of common clinical symptoms of ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases with different degrees of Blood Stasis Syndrome is different,and has a certain correlation with commonly used clinical laboratory indicators.Blood stasis index is closely related to triglyceride,coronary heartdisease and cerebral infarction with Blood Stasis Syndrome.Blood stasis index is expected to be one of the practical indicators for judging and evaluating ischemic cardiovascular & cerebrovascular diseases with different Blood Stasis Syndrome. |
