Object:Explore the correlation between the number of vascular bed lesions and the score of blood stasis syndrome in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. Methods:Designed as a cross-sectional survey of the current situation, selected from 158 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)blood stasis syndrome in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to December 2019 Group(n=112)and double-vascular bed group(n=46),using binary unconditional logistic regression analysis and multivariate correlation analysis,to explore the correlation between blood stasis syndrome scores and related risk factors between the two groups.Result:The blood stasis syndrome score of the double-vascular bed group was significantly higher than that of the single-vascular bed group(P=0.019).Age(r=0.039,P=0.029),systolic blood pressure(r=0.137,P=0.036),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(r=0.102,P=0.024),glycated hemoglobin(r=0.056,P=0.027)Current smoking volume(r=0.006,P=0.001)is positively correlated with the score of blood stasis syndrome in double-vascular bed. Conclusion:The score of blood stasis syndrome is higher in the double-vascular bed group, and it should actively intervene in the age-related changes in risk factors(systolic blood pressure,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, glycated hemoglobin, smoking),and the precise application of blood circulation and stasis treatment may be more suitable Acute stage treatment of patients with double vascular bed lesions. |
