| Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Su’s orthopedic treatment unit in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of neck type,explore and summarize the Su’s orthopedic theory and academic ideas,and provide good clinical evidence and safe and effective treatment methods for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis,and better inheritance Thoughts and techniques of excellent academic schools.Method: This study uses a randomized controlled trial design method,strictly selects cervical cervical spondylosis that meets the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and identifies patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis types,collected from August 2018 to August 2019,affiliated hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine The 66 cases diagnosed and treated in orthopedic department were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Su’s orthopedic treatment unit(Su’s manipulation method+Su’s fumigation method+cervical function training).Department of fumigation and functional exercise,1 course of treatment.Collect basic patient information,record and summarize the symptoms and signs scores,VAS,NDI scores and cervical activity before and after treatment in the two groups,compare the overall efficacy,safety and 6-month follow-up,and use SPSS 20.0 software to verify the data And statistical analysis.Results: 1 There are more women than men in this type of cervical spondylosis.The majority of the patients are in the 30-42 age group.The duration of the disease varies,but they are usually seen within 6 months.2 There were no statistical differences in gender,age,course of disease,symptoms and signs before treatment,VAS,NDI score,and cervical activity in the two groups,indicating that the observation group and the control group had the same baseline before treatment and were comparable.3 Comparison within the group after treatment: The two groups analyzed the four observation indicators before and after themselves,and the results were significantly different(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.It shows that the observation group and the control group both have good therapeutic effects,can effectively alleviate patients’ neck and shoulder and back pain discomfort,improve their clinical symptoms and signs,increase the patient’s cervical spine movement angle in all directions,and effectively restore their cervical spine function.Improve reading,lifting,concentration,etc.4 Comparison between groups after treatment: the symptoms and signs,VAS,NDI score were compared,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.01).It indicated that the observation group was superior to the control group in all aspects of relieving patients ’pain,reducing neck and shoulder related symptoms and signs,restoring overall cervical spine function and improving patients’ daily life ability.Comparing the motion of the cervical spine forward,backward,left and right,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,there were significant differences in forward flexion,backward extension,left and right rotation angles(P<0.01),which had significant statistical significance.This shows that the observation group can increase the cervical spine mobility better than the control group,and it is more obvious to improve flexion and extension,rotation angle and functional activity.5 Overall effect analysis: After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was better than the total effective rate of the control group of 87.50%,which was statistically different(P<0.05),indicating that the comprehensive treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.6 Follow-up analysis at 6 months after treatment: Among the follow-up cases,there were 3 cases of recurrence in the observation group and 11 cases in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.7 Safety analysis: There was no significant difference in the safety level between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the safety of the two treatment regimens was good.Conclusion: 1 According to this study,patients with cervical spondylosis of the cervical spondylosis can be affected at all ages,and there is a general trend of aging,and most women.Sick people are increasingly inclined to early treatment and more attention to prevention.2
