Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Implementation Of Medical Assistance For The Poor Rural Population In Y County

At present,my country is still a developing country with a large rural population,and people in rural areas generally have a weak ability to cope with the risk of diseases.Therefore,in the vast rural areas,there are often cases of poverty caused by illness and return to poverty due to illness.In view of this,the implementation of medical assistance for the rural poor can effectively reduce the occurrence of poverty to a certain extent,effectively protect people’s livelihood,and promote social equity.At the critical stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,research on medical assistance in promoting precision The specific implementation results and existing problems in poverty alleviation will provide reference for the continuous consolidation of poverty alleviation results.This article adopts statistical research methods and survey research methods to obtain relevant data from the administrative departments of Y County for statistical analysis.In addition,the author personally visits the registered poor population in some townships in Y County to obtain survey data.The research results are sorted out,and relevant theoretical foundations such as rights poverty theory and social security theory are used to analyze the effectiveness of the current implementation of medical assistance for the poor in rural Y County.It also analyzes the existing medical assistance process for the rural poor in Y County from the aspects of medical assistance accuracy,prevention mechanism of returning to poverty due to illness,fairness of medical assistance,cost of medical treatment outside the county,the degree of medical assistance,and the prospect of medical assistance after the fight against poverty.Finally,it is proposed to strengthen the precise identification of medical assistance objects and the depth of assistance,improve the prevention mechanism of disease-induced poverty and return to poverty,rationally allocate medical resources,improve the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,improve the long-term chronic disease assistance mechanism,and deepen the sustainability of medical assistance Targeted recommendations.
