With the increasing of life expectancy in China, the elders population continues to increase, and the proportion of disabled elders is increasing, which brings great challenges to the social and economic development of our country. With the rapid expansion of the elders population, the demand for long-term care services has become increasingly strong. At present, the family model is miniaturized, with fewer children, women breaking the tradition of going out to work, and the ability of family care has become increasingly weakened, which makes the care of the elders no longer only related to one person or one family, but also a focus of the current government and society, especially due to the causes of disability, elders diseases and so on It has become the focus of today's society that the elders can't take care of themselves in their daily life. Therefore, based on the analysis of the demand and supply of long-term care services for the disabled elders in urban and rural areas,it is of great practical significance to find out the gap between the supply and demand and promote the balance between the supply and demand of long-term care services for the development of China's pension industry and social harmony and stability.Based on the analysis of the basic situation, economic ability, social support resources, nursing content and time for the disabled elders in urban and rural areas in China, this paper analyzes the impact of the disabled elders physiological, economic and social support dimensions on the elders life care service demand from the perspective of physiological, economic and social support The factors are analyzed by multiple regression, and the weight of index variable based on three-dimensional degree is calculated by entropy method. The conclusions are as follows:(1)the disabled elders are often accompanied by low income and lack of formal social support.(2)There are gender differences,urban-rural differences and age differences in the proportion of disability, which shows that the proportion of female, rural and elders people is higher.(3)The index of physiological dimension is reflected by the degree of disability. As the degree of disability increases, the time of care for the disabled elders increases, and the demand for life care services, especially for complex life care,increases.(4)The three dimensional indicators have a positiveimpact on the satisfaction of the elders life care service demand, and the three dimensional indicators interact with each other. This paper analyzes the current situation of supply from the perspectives of supply subject, supply capacity and supply cost. The results are as follows:(1)the long-term care service of the disabled elders is mainly informal care provided by family members, and the services provided by different subjects are different.(2)The supply capacity of home-based and community-based service providers coexists with urban-rural differences and regional differences, which shows that the number of community-based elders care institutions and facilities in rural areas is far more than that in cities, and the daytime beds of community-based elders care institutions are more distributed in economically developed areas.(3)There is a large gap between the supply cost of long-term care services in urban and rural areas. With the deepening of disability and the continuous increase of cost, the supply cost of care services in elders care institutions is higher than that in home and community.Through the analysis and comparison of demand and supply,it is found that the gap between the supply and demand of long-term care services for the disabled elders in urban and rural areas is mainly reflected in the economic capacity of the disabled elders, the supply cost of care services, the time of care and the care services needed by the elders. The main reasons for the gap are as follows: the financing mechanism of long-term nursing service is not perfect;the matching degree of nursing service demand is low;the resources of long-term nursing service are scattered;the talents of long-term nursing service are scarce.According to the conclusion,it is further proposed to improve the financing mechanism of long-term nursing services, strengthen the connection between institutional nursing and home-based community nursing services, establish the health records of the elders, implement the monetization system of children's responsibility, strengthen the synergy between the market and the family, develop diversified nursing services in terms of quantity and quality, and make use of College Students' groups and idle at home Women, young and healthy old people and other non-governmental forces increase multiple providers of long-term care services.A series of relevant measures are used to broaden the financing channels, reduce the cost of obtaining services asmuch as possible, increase the quantity of available service supply,so as to further improve the service system and achieve the balance of supply and demand of long-term nursing services.
