As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine culture,Tibetan medicine culture has distinct Chinese characteristics and national characteristics.In the process of its formation and development,Tibetan medicine has not only had close exchanges with Chinese medicine in the field of "rationalizational medicine",but also absorbed the essence of Chinese medicine,and was deeply influenced by Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,carrying the gene of Chinese traditional culture.In addition,Tibetan medicine culture also communicated with the traditional medical culture of India and Nepal through the ancient silk road,reflecting the inclusiveness and reciprocity of Chinese culture.In recent years,the ancient influencing culture widely attention,from November 28,2018,"Tibetan medicine bath method" success on the world cultural heritage list,at the end of 2019 the tibetanmedicine get actively involved in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,carrying the Chinese wisdom of "essential solution" become one of the best business card,factors influencing culture dissemination to explore factors influencing the spread of culture research better time.The research value of this paper mainly reflects the following aspects: first,through sorting out the exchange of ancient Tibetan medicine culture,find the common cultural code of Tibetan medicine culture and Chinese culture,which is beneficial to promote the great unity of the Chinese nation and the recognition of Chinese culture.Second,by analyzing the spread of Tibetan medicine culture,the paper discusses the difficulties and challenges,and Outlines a realistic picture of the spread of Tibetan medicine culture.Third,in combination with the spread of Tibetan medicine culture in covid-19 epidemic,a cultural "soft environment" was created for the "going global" of Tibetan medicine culture.Fourth,explore the optimization plan of Tibetan medicine culture communication.Based on the current situation and practical cases of Tibetan medicine culture communication,this paper makes a summary and puts forward the communication conception.It is of positive significance to enhance the cultural confidence of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture.This paper consists of six parts,including the introduction,four chapters of the text and the conclusion.The introduction discusses the background of the topic,key concepts,research overview,research ideas,methods and innovative points.The first chapter is the dissemination of ancient Tibetan medicine culture,and expounds theexchanges and mutual learning between Tibetan medicine culture and Chinese medicine,Confucianism,Buddhism,Buddhism,Nepal and India.The second chapter is the dissemination of contemporary Tibetan medicine culture.It summarizes the difficulties and challenges in the dissemination through different dissemination situations in Tibetan cultural circle and non-tibetan cultural circle.The third chapter is the spread of epidemic prevention culture of Tibetan medicine under the background of COVID 19 epidemic,and summarizes the performance of Tibetan medicine in epidemic prevention and control.The fourth chapter is the path construction of Tibetan medicine culture communication,taking "knowledge,faith and practice" as the research paradigm to discuss how to spread Tibetan medicine culture in Tibetan cultural circle and non-tibetan cultural circle.Finally,the conclusion part includes the content of the article,the research point of view and the lack of research.
