Clinical Comparative Study On Metal Stents And Double D-J Ureteral Stents In The Treatment Of Benign Ureteral Stricture

Objective: compare the effectiveness and safety of metal stents and double J ureteral stent in the treatment of benign ureteral stricture.Discusses the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of treatment to provide the basis for clinical treatment of benign ureteral stricture.Methods: There is a retrospective analysis which is made on 38 cases of ureteral stricture in our hospital from August 2019 to November 2019.the fellowship of patients admitted in the hospital uropoiesis surgical department,the screen into standard,a total of 40 patients with benign ureteral obstruction.All patients with preoperative have urinary colour to exceed,vein angiography of the renal pelvis,abdominal KUB plain film and ureter mirror,as well as other related inspection,diagnosis of unilateral ureteral obstruction,and no TB or urinary tract tumors,as well as the existence of other malignant tumors,have the surgical indications,no absolute contraindications to surgery.It can be divided into metal stent group and double J ureteral stents,metal stents were used and double J ureteral stents for disease treatment.Metal stents group of 13 cases,the double J ureteral group 25 cases,preoperative contrast and analysis of two groups of patients with gender,age,body mass index(BMI)and biochemical indicators,preoperative application of t test chi-square test and rank for the statistical analysis and Suggestions,the results showed no significant statistical differences between two groups of data,through the contrast analysis of two groups of patients after surgery success rate,operation time,postoperative hospitalization days,the incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative biochemical indicators,and statistical analysis on the basis of the same statistics.Comparing two clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment.calculi location,calculi size,left and right sides of the calculi and preoperative biochemical indicators,statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation.By comparing the operation time,intraoperative ureteral injury rate,stone free rate 1 day and 1 month after operation,hospital stay after operation,biochemical indicators before and after operation,the safety and effectiveness of the two treatments were analyzed.Results: Metal stents and double J ureteral stent group success rate of surgery,postoperative hospitalization days,postoperative blood white blood cell count,neutrophils ratio,calcitonin original postoperative 1,there was no statistical difference in routine urine(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative ureteral rate of 3months,3 months after operation routine urine and statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Metal stent group and low incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative ureteral the high rate of 3 months,3 months after merger of ureteral infection rate is low.Two groups of patients with success rate of surgery,postoperative hospitalization days,no statistical differences of postoperative infection risk.In addition,the metal stent group operating time is longer,the hospital total cost is higher.
