Objective: To investigate the association between VKORC1 1639 G/A polymorphism 、CPP2C9 gene polymorphism in Qinghai Tibetan and Han Nationality.Methods: 50 AF Tibetan patients and 50 AF Han patients were included in this study in Qinghai,At the same time,non-AF patients(50 Tibetan and 50 Han)matched with the general clinical data of the AF patients were included in the same period.The 1639 G /A polymorphism of VKORC1 Gene and CYP2C9 Gene was detected by PCR-Fluorescence?Probe?Method.General information,laboratory examination,color Doppler echocardiography,genotype and allele of each group were analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression was used to determine the independent risk factors of AF.Results:(1)There was difference between Tibetan AF group and no-AF group,Tibetan control group in VKORC1 Gene 1639 G/A polymorphism genotype frequency and allele frequency,There was also difference between Han Nationality AF group and no-AF group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between Tibetan AF group and Han AF group.By logistic regression analysis of the total population,it was found that coronary heart disease(CHD)(OR=5.736,95%CI=1.611~20.421,p=0.007<0.05);age(OR=1.080,95%CI=1.029~1.135,p=0.002<0.05);FT3(Free Triiodothyronine)(OR=2.080,95%CI=1.232~5.994,p=0.048<0.05);LAD(Left Atrial Diameter)(OR=1.277,95%CI=1.153~1.414,p<0.05);1639 gene A allele(OR =5.415,95%CI=1.590-18.436,p=0.007<0.05)were independent risk factors for AF occurrence.These independent risk factors were selected for the prediction model of AF occurrence using Nomogram as a statistical method.The result showed that 50% was the cut-off,namely the score of the patient was higher than 119,indicating that the patient would have AF;(2)The CYP2C9 genotypes of Tibetans and Hans were ~* 1 / ~* 1,~* 1 / ~* 3,~* 3 / ~* 3;There was no statistical difference between the Tibetan AF group and the control group(p=0.778),and there was no statistical difference between the Han AF group and the control group(p= 0.446);There was no statistical difference between the whole AF group and the control group(p = 0.896),and there was no statistical difference between the Tibetan AF group and the Han AF group(p= 0.596).Conclusions:(1)The polymorphism of VKORC1 Gene 1639 G/A is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of AF in Tibetan and Han Nationality groups;There is no difference between Tibetan and Han Nationality in VKORC1 Gene 1639 G/ A polymorphic loci in Qinghai.(2)The CYP2C9 gene polymorphism has no difference between the Tibetan AF group and the Han AF group.
