Objective:To investigate the correlation between atrial fibrillation and CYP2C9 gene polymorphism in non-valvular disease of han nationality. Methods:A total of 256 subjects were enrolled, including 134 males and 122 females. All the subjects were divided into two groups, one group was the non-valvular atrial fibrillation group, the other group was the control group, among which 143 cases were in the non-valvular atrial fibrillation group and 113 cases were in the control group.Subjects in both groups improved relevant laboratory and CYP2C9 genotype detection. Finally, statistical methods were used to analyze relevant risk factors, whether there was a correlation between different genotypes and alleles between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the distribution frequency of CYP2C9* /*3genotype and CYP2C9*3 allele was higher in the non-valvular atrial fibrillation group.Among them,19 cases of CYP2C9*1/*3 and CYP2C9*3 alleles were respectively in the non-valvular atrial fibrillation group, and only 6 cases were in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P=0.035,P=0.040).Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that after excluding the influence of age,low-density lipoprotein and hypertension, subjects with CYP2C9*1/*3 genotype had an increasedrisk of developing non-valvular atrial fibrillation(OR=2.637,95% CI=0.989~7.026).Conclusion:Compared with wild-type CYP2C9*1/*1,subjects with CYP2C9*1/*3 genotype had an increased risk of non-valvular atrial fibrillation, and CYP2C9 gene polymorphism was a risk factor for non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
