Analysis Of Relative Factors In The Occurrence Of Canceration Of Scar Ulcer

Objective Statistical statistics on the characteristics of scar ulcer and its cancerous causes,age of onset age,skin damage characteristics,pathological type,etc,analysis of scar ulcer to scar cancer-related factors,for the early detection of skin scar cancer,reasonable treatment and maximum improvement of patients’ prognosis to provide a scientific basis.Methods To consult the general data of patients with clinically and pathologically confirmed scar ulcer patients at Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from January 2010 to December 2018,and to count the clinical characteristics,pathological type,age of scar ulcer to cancerous cancer in the patients of Ningxia Medical University General Hospital,The cause of the onset,the location of the occurrence,the area of scar ulcer,whether there is metastasis of the lymph nodes,etc.,the analysis of scar ulcer to scar cancer related to risk factors,scar ulcer and scar cancer treatment and prognosis,sum up the characteristics of the disease,to reduce the occurrence of scar cancer and prevention to provide a scientific basis.Results 1,January 2008 to December 2018,because of scar ulcers admitted to the hospital has 84 cases,of which the pathological biopsy was confirmed as scar ulcer 48 cases,scar cancer 36 cases.84 cases of scar ulcers are mainly scar surface break,the base dark red,ulcer surface has granulation tissue,local chronic inflammation.The aggressive ulcer sifted by different sizes and forms.The ulcer surface is a minimum of 1cm x 1cm,and a maximum of 20 cm x 30 cm.Part ulcer secondary infection,ulcer surface has pus or dirty secretions,part has a bad odor.In 36 cases of skin scar cancer,skin scar tissue long-term repeated itching or friction break,seepage, bleeding,or skin after bumping,friction,and eventually form a cancerous ulcer,part of the ulcer surface grow vegetable pattern or crater-like swelling.2,General statistics found that: in 84 cases of skin scar ulcers,the ratio of men to women is about 2.2:1,the occupational composition of farmers and workers in both occupations accounted for 71%,have a long history of sun exposure.The most common cause of scar formation was burns,followed by trauma,which accounted for 55 percent and 40 percent,respectively.The incubation period of cancer is 254.28 to 211.06 months(21.19 to 17.59years).The lesions are most common in the limbs,accounting for 47.9%.The following limbs accounted for the largest proportion of limbs,accounting for 76% of all parts.The ulcer area is 6.15 to 2.34cm2.There were 6 cases of tumor family history,28 cases of smoking and 5 cases of drinking history in scar ulcers.3,Skin scar carcinoma histological pathology type: squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 46.4 percent,basal cell carcinoma accounted for 4.7 percent,fibroblast accounted for 2.4 percent.Histopathological classification: High differentiation accounted for 21.43 percent,mid-differentiation accounted for 5.95 percent,and low differentiation accounted for 8.33 percent.4,The treatment method is mainly surgery,surgery expanded to remove the lesions,the line free skin graft 66 cases(78.6%),local flap transfer of 16 cases(19.1%),amputation 2 cases.Conclusion: When the sun shines scar ulcer cancer risk factors,so scar ulcer patients should pay attention to sun protection.Ulcer size can be used as an important indicator to assess the prognosis of scar cancer.More than 40 years old scar ulcer patients,to be alert to the occurrence of cancer.Regular follow-up scar ulcers,multiple biopsies can improve the diagnosis rate of scar cancer.Early removal of scar ulcercan can effectively prevent the occurrence of scar cancer.Has a genetic history of tumors,smoking history of scar patients need to close follow-up scar ulcers to undergo adverse changes.
