Research On The Medical Mecurity Mystem In Longhua District,Shenzhen

Medical security plays a key role in maintaining and safeguarding people’s health,effectively protecting people’s health rights,meeting their needs for basic medical services and alleviating some social problems such as “expensive medical treatments”,“difficult to see a doctor” etc.One of the important issues facing the Chinese government is how to protect the health of 1.36 billion people in the country.For China,the introduction of the medical security system is late,and the experience in policy formulation and institutional system construction is obviously insufficient.How to explore a medical security system what is consistent with China’s national conditions is worthy considering and researching.This paper takes Shenzhen Longhua District medical security system as the research object.Firstly,it is a theoretical analysis.In the analysis,medical services are included in the research on medical security system.The previous research on medical security system mainly focuses on the security of medical funds,which is usually medical insurance + medical assistance.Secondly,on the basis of studying the current situation of medical security system in Longhua District,this paper points out that the current medical security system has four problems: insufficient medical security in deep contract employees,insufficient coverage of medical security,extra security for rare diseases and special diseases,and weak primary medical care,and analyzes the reasons.Then,aiming at the above problems,this paper makes an in-depth study of the excellent medical security system at home and abroad,and points out the reference points based on the specific situation of longhua district.Finally based on the status of Longhua District health care system and draw lessons from the successful experience of excellent medical security system at home and abroad,for the perfection of the longhua district health care system reasonable countermeasures and advice are given: one is to increase health care coverage and dynamics,including establishing a family as the unit of medical treatment insurance,is rare in the domestic study of reference to build a family as the unit of medical insurance;Second,we should vigorously develop medical assistance.Third,we should develop the system of social health center.Fourth,we should develop a system of disease prevention and early treatment and reduce the use of medical resources.
