Objective Detection of serum vitamin D,homocysteine, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level, and explore its correlation with hypertension and hypertension with diabetes. Methods A total of 354 hypertensive patients who were treated at the outpatient and inpatient hospitals of Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected,103 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes, and 131 healthy patients undergoing physical examination at the same time physical examination center were classified as hypertension There were 109 cases in the group,133 cases in the hypertension level 2 group,112 cases in the hypertension level 3 group,34 cases in the hypertension level 1 combined with diabetes group,37 cases in the hypertension level 2 combined with diabetes group, and 32 cases in the hypertension level 3 combined with diabetes group. There were 131 healthy controls. The hypertension group was divided into Han,Hui,and Tibetan groups of Grade 1 hypertension,Grade 2 hypertension, and Grade 3 hypertension according to nationality and blood pressure. All patients in the group were collected venous blood after fasting, and analyzed the general information, blood routine, biochemical examination and other indicators of each group. The determination of serum VitD,Hcy,hs-CRP content was strictly performed in accordance with the instructions of a fully automatic chemiluminescence analyzer, and the analysis was performed, and statistical analysis.Results(1)Compared with the control group, the hypertension subgroups 1,2 and 3 were significantly higher in Hcy and hs-CRP levels than in the control groupand significantly lower in VitD levels than the control group(P <0.05).(2)The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in the hypertension level 2 group were significantly higher than those in the hypertension level 1 group, and the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in the hypertension level 3 group were significantly higher than those in the hypertension level 2 group. The differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)The Hcy,hs-CRP levels in the Han,Hui and Tibetan hypertension groups were significantly higher than the corresponding Han,Hui and Tibetan control groups, and the VitD levels were significantly lower than the Han,Hui and Tibetan control groups.(P <0.05).(4)Compared with the hypertension group, the levels of VitD and Hcy were significantly decreased, and the levels of hs-CRP were significantly increased in the hypertension combined diabetes group and the hypertension group(P <0.05).(5)The levels of hs-CRP in the hypertension group and the hypertension-diabetes group increased with the increase of blood pressure level. The Han,Hui and Tibetan hypertension groups also had similar rules. Conclusion This study shows that serum VitD,Hcy,hs-CRP levels are closely related to hypertension and hypertension with diabetes. The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with hypertension and hypertension with diabetes are closely related to blood pressure. The level of hs-CRP in Han,Hui and Tibetan hypertension patients is also closely related to blood pressure level.Patients with hypertension and diabetes have higher levels of hs-CRP than those with hypertension, suggesting that the body's chronic inflammation is more intense. |
