Objective To investigate the effect of fine injection of duodenal papilla area on the establishment of severe acute pancreatitis models in rats.Methods The 75 SPF grade SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: the sham operation group,the fine injection group(6 h),the fine injection group(24 h),the subcapsular group(6 h),and the subcapsular group(24 h).In the fine injection group,30 patients were treated with fine injection in the area of duodenal papilla,that is,5%sodium oxalate was injected in the area of duodenal papilla;30 rats were only injected with 5% sodium taurine under the pancreas by multiple sites.In the control group,15 rats just underwent open surgery,and then the stomach and intestines were turned over.Serum amylase was detected in each group at 6 hours and 24 hours after moulding.The histopathological of pancreas were examined,and the operative time was collected.At the same time,the mortality rate of rats in each group was observed,According to the histopathological results,the mold rate of acute and severe pancreatitis in the 24 h group was statistically analyzed.Results Two rats died in the subcapsular group,but there was no statistical significance compared with the fine injection group(P>0.05).The module formation rate of the retrograde group at 24 h was significantly higher than that of the subcapsular group at24 h(P<0.01).The operation time of subcapsular group was significantly shorter than that of the fine injection group(P<0.01).Compared with the sham operation group,the serum amylase content in both the fine injection group and the subcapsular group wassignificantly increased(P < 0.01).Compared with the fine injection group at 6 h,the serum amylase content in the fine injection group at 24 h was significantly increased(P< 0.01).Compared with the fine injection group for 6 h,the serum amylase content in the subcapsular 6 h group was significantly increased(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)in serum amylase at 24 h in the fine injection group and 24 h in the subcapsular group,and no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05)in the subcapsular group at 6 h and 24 h.Compared with the sham operation group,the pathological rating criteria of pancreatitis in subcapsular group(6 h,24 h)and fine injection group(6 h,24 h)were significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the subcapsular group at 6 h,the pathological score of pancreatitis in the subcapsular group at 24 h was significantly increased(P<0.01).The pathological score of pancreatitis at 24 h in the fine injection group was significantly higher than that in the fine injection group at 6 h(P<0.01).The pathological scores of 6h pancreatitis in the subcapsular group and the fine injection group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the subcapsular group at 24 h,the pathological score of pancreatitis at 24 h in the fine injection group was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the sham operation group,there was no significant difference in the modulus of the subcapsular group at 6 h and the fine injection group at 6 h(P>0.05).Compared with the sham operation group,the module rate of the subcapsular group at 24 h and the fine injection group at 24 h was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the subcapsular group at 6 h,the modulus of the subcapsular group at 24 h increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the fine injection group at6 h,the modulus of fine injection group at 24 h increased significantly(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the subcapsular group at 6 h and the fine injection group at 6 h(P>0.05).Compared with the subcapsular group at 24 h,the modulus of the fine injection group at 24 h increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of fine injection of duodenal papilla area has the advantages of remarkable changes in hemodlastase content,typical pathology of pancreatic tissue and high rate of model formation.It can provide the basis for the basic and clinical study of pancreatitis,it is worth popularizing.
