| Objective: Cerebral infarction was a common clinical cerebrovascular disease.Due to its high morbidity,disability rate and mortality,it seriously affected the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients,and brought a heavy economic burden to families and society.Omentin-1 was an adipokines that were secreted by adipose tissue and involved in glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and inflammatory reactions.The study found that omentin-1 was closely related to diabetes,atherosclerosis,metabolic syndrome,and had anti-inflammatory and protective blood vessels.The role of retinoid-1 in acute cerebral infarction was not clear.This study investigated the relationship between omentin-1 and acute cerebral infarction,and the clinical significance of omentin-1 in the prediction of acute cerebral infarction and disease progression.Methods: The patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to the Department of Neurology of Jianchang county people’s Hospital from 2017.7 to 2019.2 were enrolled in the cerebral infarction group.The healthy physical examination was selected as the control group.Basic information about the subject were record.Height and weight were measured and BMI was calculated.Fasting blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids,cerebral infarction area and position were measured.NIHSS scores was performed at admission.Blood specimens were taken for studying from veins in the morning on the 2th,7th,14 th days respectively,and omentin-1 was detected by ELISA.The patient underwent m RS scores after 2 weeks of treatment.Patients with cerebral infarction were divided into combined with diabetic group and non-diabetic group,combined with hypertension group and non-hypertension group,OCSP group,group with better prognosis and group with poor prognosis,omentin-1 level was evaluatd.The correlation between omentin-1 and NIHSS and m RS and the risk factors affecting omentin-1 and m RS were analyzed.Results: 1.The levels of serum omentin-1 in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 2nd,7th and 14 th day after admission(P<0.01).There was no significant change in serum omentin-1 levels in the 2nd,7th and 14 th cerebral infarction groups(P>0.05).2.The levels of omentin-1 in cerebral infarction combined with diabetes,cerebral infarction combined with hypertension and cerebral infarction combined with dyslipidemia was significantly reduced(P<0.05).3.Compared with the LACT group,serum omentin-1 levels were significantly lower in the TACI group,PACT group,and POCI group(P<0.05).4.Serum omentin-1 levels were significantly higher in the group with better prognosis(P<0.05).Omentin-1 was negatively correlated with m RS.5.Omentin-1 was negatively correlated with NIHSS.Age,2d omentin-1,and HDL-C were the influencing factors of NIHSS score in patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion: Omentin-1 can be a predictor of predicting the occurrence and prognosis of cerebral infarction.Omentin-1 is a predictor of important protective factor for cerebral infarction,elevated levels of omentin-1 possible reduce neurological impairment in patients and improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. |
