| Objective: To evaluate the clinical value and significance of two different tracers(nano-carbon and methylene blue)in sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)of breast cancer.Methods: 74 patients with breast cancer who underwent SLNB in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the clinical study.According to the different tracers adopted by patients,38 patients with methylene blue as tracer were divided into control group and 36 patients with nano-carbon as tracer were divided into experimental group.SLNB was performed in both groups.Including the general data(age,body mass index,pathological type,tumor diameter,molecular typing,tumor location and operation),Sentinel lymph node(SLN),stained SLN,inadequate tracing,non-stained,positive SLN,false negative detection of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)The total detection rate of SLN in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which confirmed the statistical significance of the data indicators(P < 0.05);the total detection rate of stained SLN in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,which confirmed the statistical significance of the data indicators(P < 0.05).(3)The total rate of tracer incompleteness in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,which confirmed the statistical significance of the data indicators(P < 0.05);the total rate of non-stained SLN in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,which confirmed the statistical significance of the data indicators(P < 0.05).(4)The total positive rate of SLN in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the data indicators(P > 0.05).(5)The total rate of false negative detection in the experimental group was slightly lower than that in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the data indicators(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with methylene blue as a tracer,nano-carbon as a tracer is more effective in clinical application of SLNB in breast cancer patients.It is helpful to detect SLN,stainedSLN,and reduce tracer incompleteness.which has important clinical value and advantages,showing the significance of further promotion and use. |
