ObjectiveTo investigate and compare the related indeses of postmenopausal osteoporosis in Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Ningde of Fujian Province under different PM2.5concentrations.MethodsFrom January 2017 to January 2019,120 postmenopausal women in Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Ningde were selected as the subjects.The PM2.5.5 measuerments in Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Ningde were recorded in the national PM2.5 database.The menopause years,height,body mass index,serum inflammatory index(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α),serum bone metabolism index(E2,PINP,β-CTX,BGP)were compared among the three groups.The changes of serum biochemical indexes(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA,ApoB,Ca,P)and mean bone mineral density(BMD),bone mineral content and T score of lumbar spine(L1-L4),left femoral neck bone mineral density,bone mineral content and T score were observedResults1.Fuzhou,Quanzhou,Ningde calendar year of PM2.5 survey data presented Fuzhou>Quanzhou>Ningde phenomenon.2.The age of menopause,height and body mass index were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).3.In Fuzhou postmenopausal women blood of serum IL-1,IL-6,TNF-a levels were significantly higher than the other two of postmenopausal women.Among them,women blood serum of IL-1,IL-6 level in Quanzhou area after menopause was significantly higher than that of postmenopausal women in Ningde.The level of blood serum TNF-αwas also significantly higher in postmenopausal women than in postmenopausal women in Ningde area(P<0.05).4.The blood serum E2 level of postmenopausal women in Fuzhou were significantly lower than that of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou and Ningde,and the serum E2 level of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou were significantly lower than that of postmenopausal women in Ningde.The blood serum PINP,β-CTX,BGP level of postmenopausal women in Fuzhou was significantly higher than that of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou and Ningde.The blood serum PINP,β-CTX,BGP level of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou was significantly higher than that of postmenopausal women in Ningde.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The blood serum TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,P level of postmenopausal women in Fuzhou were significantly higher than that of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou and Ningde areas.The blood serum TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,P levels of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou area were significantly higher than those of postmenopausal women in Ningde area.The blood serum HDL-C,ApoA and Ca levels of postmenopausal women in Fuzhou were significantly lower than those in Quanzhou and Ningde(P<0.05).Quanzhou were also significantly lower than those in Ningde(P<0.05).6.Bone mineral density,bone mineral content and T score of lumbar spine,bone mineral content and T score of left femoral neck of postmenopausal women in Fuzhou area were significantly lower than those of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou area and postmenopausal women in Ningde area.Bone mineral content and T score of lumbar spine of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou area were also significantly lower than those of postmenopausal women in Quanzhou area.There were significant differences among postmenopausal women in Ningde(P<0.05).ConclusionWith the increase of PM2.5 exposure,the changes of serum bone metabolism,fat metabolism and bone mineral density in postmenopausal women are more obvious.We can speculate that there is a certain correlation between the increase of PM2.5 concentration and postmenopausal osteoporosis.
