Study On The Development Strategy Of The Third Level General Hospital Under The Classification System

The development of medical and health undertakings is closely related to the people’s lives,and currently reform of medical and health system makes new demands on medical and health institutions.Zhaoqing A Hospital is the largest tertiary general hospitals in Zhaoqing city,covering the surrounding areas of Zhaoqing City,Yunfu City and Guangxi Autonomous Region.In recent years,although Zhaoqing A Hospital develops fast,compared with the comprehensive hospitals in Pearl River Delta city,there is still a certain gap.For example,some patients choose to go to hospitals in big cities(e.g.Guangzhou).Hospitals will face unprecedented challenges due to the implementation of tiered medical services and the high-quality medical resources sinking to the base.Zhaoqing A Hospital is a non-profit hospital and always adhere to the public welfare and implement the price of medical service guided by the government.In this paper,the external and internal environment of hospital tiered medical services,and opportunities and difficulties faced by hospitals were analyzed.Then,the specific strategic objectives and the targeted strategic measures of the hospital have also been raised,which show the way for the hospital.Under the guidance of modern strategic management theory,this paper systematically conducts a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the strategic environment of Zhaoqing A Hospital by using literature research,case studies,questionnaires and other research methods,and using the Porter Diamond model.The development strategy of selecting intensive strategies and strategic alliances is drawn up,and targeted implementation of targeted quality hospitals,talented institutions,science and education institutions,refined management,and improved informationization construction strategies are proposed to promote hospitals.In the fierce market competition,we will gain a firm foothold and achieve new development under the new situation.At present,there is no systematic management analysis of hospital development in the medical system of Zhaoqing City.The results of the thesis can provide some reference for the development and improvement of health in the region,and also provide reference and enlightenment for the development of hospitals of similar scale in other regions effect.
