Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaizhi decoction combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping in the treatment of functional dyspepsia Pain Syndrome(EPS)with Shaoyang Syndrome. Methods: a total of 70 patients were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by random grouping. The control group was treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated with Chaizhi decoction combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping,Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.By comparing the scores of TCM syndromes, clinical efficacy, functional dyspepsia quality of life scale(FDDQL),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after treatment, blood routine examination, liver and kidney function,ECG were used as safety indexes to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chaizhi decoction combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping at the Time Door.Result:1.A total of 70 patients were included in the study,of which 66 patients completed the clinical observation,2 patients in the observation group and 2 patients in the control group. The total loss rate was 5.71%.2.The total effective rate was 69.70% in the control group and 87.88% in the observation group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).3.After treatment, both groups could improve TCM Syndrome integral and FDDQL score, and the change of observation group was better than that of Control Group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),HAMA and HAMD scores of two groups before and after treatment were compared, there was no significant difference between the control group(p > 0.05)and the Observation Group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the improvement of dysphoria and dysphoria was significantly better(P<0.01);The observation group had some advantage in improving epigastric pain and epigastric burning sensation, there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in improvement of fullness,Sigh,Belch and stool obstruction(p > 0.05).4.During the course of treatment, there were no adverse events in the two groups, and there were no abnormal changes in blood routine, liver and renal function and ECG.Conclusion: Chaizhi decoction combined with blood-letting puncture and cupping at the Time Door in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with epigastric Pain Syndrome(Shaoyang Syndrome)has good efficacy and safety.
