Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Post-auricular Hormone Injection In The Treatment Of Tinnitus

Objective:Through post-auricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in tinnitus patients,according to the tinnitus disability assessment scale scores before and after injection,changes in tinnitus frequency and loudness,etc.,to explore the effect of post-auricular hormone injection on tinnitus,which is the clinical local tinnitus hormone treatment provides a theoretical basis.Methods:180 patients with tinnitus treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into sudden deafness with tinnitus group and idiopathic tinnitus group,90 cases in each group.Patients in the sudden deafness and tinnitus group were randomly divided into three groups,30 people in each group,which were set as the sudden deafness and tinnitus control group,sudden deafness and tinnitus experiment group one,and sudden deafness and tinnitus experiment group two.Among them,the control group with sudden deafness and tinnitus chose intravenous drip Ginkgo biloba extract;the experimental group with sudden deafness and tinnitus chose intravenous drip Ginkgo biloba extract plus post-ear injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate;the experimental group with sudden deafness and tinnitus chose intravenous drip Ginkgo biloba extract plus oral methylprednisolone tablets.Patients in the idiopathic tinnitus group were randomly divided into idiopathic tinnitus control group,idiopathic tinnitus experimental group one,and idiopathic tinnitus experimental group two,each group was still 30 people.Among them,the idiopathic tinnitus control group received oral Wuling capsules,the idiopathic tinnitus experimental group one used oral Wuling capsules plus post-aural injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate.All the above patients were injected with methylprednisolone sodium succinate after the ear by the same group of professionals,and a tinnitus sound treatment device was fixed to complete thesound treatment.Before and after treatment,patients fill out the tinnitus disability assessment scale.After treatment,a score reduction of ≥20 points or 0 is regarded as effective treatment.Two statistical comparison indicators of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)and treatment effectiveness are set.Results:1.Sudden deafness with tinnitus group:(1)After treatment,the THI scores of the control group and the experimental group one and the experimental group two were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group one and the experimental group two Comparison of THI scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(2)After treatment,the control group was compared with the experimental group one and the experimental group two respectively,and there was statistical significance(P <0.05);the experimental group one and the experimental group Second,there is no statistically significant comparison(P>0.05).It shows that the post-auricular injection of hormones has obvious effect on tinnitus accompanied by sudden deafness,which is equivalent to the effect of oral hormones.2.Idiopathic tinnitus group:(1)After treatment,the THI scores of the control group and the experimental group one and two are statistically significant(P<0.05),and the THI scores of the experimental group one and the experimental group two are no statistics Academic significance(P>0.05);(2)After treatment,the control group compared with the experimental group one and the experimental group two,respectively,the effectiveness was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group one compared with the experimental group two,there were statistics Significance(P<0.05).It shows that the post-auricular hormone injection in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus has obvious curative effect,and the effect is better than the sound therapy.Conclusion:Post-auricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate behind the ears is effective in treating sudden deafness with tinnitus and idiopathic tinnitus.This operation is simple,less invasive and has fewer side effects.It is the best choice for sudden deafness partner who refuses or cannot use hormones systemically.It is also one of the treatment options for idiopathic tinnitus,especially for acute tinnitus.
