The Research Of Non-drug Intervention Healthcare Service Platform Design

According to the current situation of high incidence of chronic diseases year by year,combined with the needs of family medical care and the application of mobile medical service technology,this paper uses the process and tools of service design to explore the design method of non-drug intervention medical care service platform,and evaluates and corrects the method and framework through empirical research in design practice.Serious chronic diseases have brought great economic pressure and psychological burden to society and families.As a high incidence group of chronic diseases,the elderly and young and middle-aged white-collar workers have great demand for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Non-drug intervention is an effective way to prevent and treat chronic diseases.At the same time,the family structure in our country is changing towards miniaturization and centralization.Family-based lifestyle diseases have had a huge impact on the health of urban residents,family members begin to pay attention to the attention,monitoring and intervention of each other’s health.Therefore,family-based health intervention is applied to health care services as an effective health management method,while the development of smart medicine and mobile medicine makes it possible to monitor and manage family health based on smart equipment.Design is increasingly widely used in cross-disciplines,and service design has been gradually applied to many medical and health care fields,such as the innovative medical equipment service design project jointly conducted by General Electric Company and Tang Shuo and Yang Design’s medical testing equipment service design project.Based on the theoretical research of service design,combined with the characteristics of target users and market background,this paper summarizes the design process and method of non-drug intervention medical care service platform.In the design and implementation,this paper collects data through design research,analyzes the needs of the mobile health care market and residents and expert doctors based on the data,and on this basis,designs the system architecture,service process,service scene and service prototype of the non-drug intervention health care platform respectively.Non-drug intervention medical care service platform front-office system experts and residents provide different services for experts and residents respectively.Residents can purchase online intelligent products and services on the platform,monitor their own and family health data in real time,and obtain non-drug intervention programs from expert doctors in time through expert consultation.Experts can sell their services on the platform,formulate service plans based on the feedback data of residents’ online purchase and use of products,provide non-drug health intervention services for residents,and then receive corresponding remuneration according to the quantity and quality of their services.This paper relies on the actual project.At present,the basic construction of the platform has been completed and has been tested in many communities.The test results show that the overall scheme of the system is reasonable in design,simple and easy to use,and smooth in experience.
