Effect Observation Of Auricular Acupoint Pressing Method Combined With Taijiquan In The Treatment Of Sleep Disorder In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:By comparing the changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)score,TCM syndrome score and related laboratory tests,the efficacy and safety of auricular acupoint pressing method combined with taijiquan in the treatment of sleep disorders in maintenance hemodialysis patients were observed.Methods:The subjects of this study were maintenance hemodialysis patients in the hemodialysis room of xiamen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine from January to December 2019.In this study,a total of 80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis sleep disorders meeting the requirements of this study were included by randomized control method,and 40 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given the basic treatment of improving the adequacy of dialysis and supplementing calcium,lowering phosphorus and correcting anemia,and the observation group was given the treatment of auricular acupoint pressing method combined with taijiquan on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks.The changes of PSQI score,TCM syndrome score and relevant laboratory examination were observed before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety of auricular acupoint pressing method combined with taijiquan were analyzed and evaluated with SPSS statistical software.Results:1.A total of 80 patients were included in this study,4 of whom were exfoliated.Among them,2 patients in the control group left the dialysis center due to personal factors and fell off;1 patient in the observation group stopped falling off due to self-use of the banned drugs in this test;another 1 patient required to withdraw from this test due to work reasons;all the 4patients did not have half of the treatment course,so they were treated as invalid cases.A total of 76 patients were treated in this study,and the total shedding rate was 5%.2.Before treatment,gender,age,dialysis age,dialysis frequency,PSQI score,TCM syndrome score and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups,showing no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.The total PSQI score of the observation group decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score decreased(P<0.05).The total PSQI score of the control group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score decreased(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of PSQI in the observation group and the control group was86.84% and 55.26%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).5.The total effective rates of TCM syndrome score in the observation group and the control group were 89.47% and 47.37%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).6.There were statistically significant differences in creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood phosphorus and total parathyroid hormone between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).7.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood phosphorus and whole parathyroid hormone(P>0.05).8.During observation,no adverse events were observed in all patients.There was no statistically significant difference in blood routine,liver function and other laboratory indicators of all patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Auricular acupoint pressing method combined with taijiquan can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis,and its efficacy is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the treatment of auricular point pressing beans and taijiquan.
