Clinical Observation On Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Femoston In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency Of Kidney Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with femoston in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency type,observe the changes of relevant indexes before and after treatment,evaluate its clinical efficacy,and initially explore the possible mechanism of action.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into test group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The test group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with femoston,while the control group was treated with femoston alone.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.The levels of FSH,LH,E2,Kupperman score and TCM syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0software.Results:1.FSH,LH and E2:After the course of treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups of patients improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of the test group was more obvious than that of the control groupt,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Kupperman score:After the course of treatment,the Kupperman score of both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group decreased more significantly than the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.TCM symptom score:After the course of treatment,the total score of TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group was more significantly reduced than the control group(P<0.05).And the test group was better than the control group in terms of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual flow,waist and knee tenderness,hyposexuality,dizziness and tinnitus,chills and cold limbs,and frequent nocturia.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Overall efficacy:After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the test group was89.66%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.41%.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with femoston is effective in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency of kidney deficiency type.It can improve patients’ sex hormone levels and clinical symptoms.The overall effect is better than femoston alone.Its mechanism of action may be related to abdominal acupuncture involved in the regulation of hormone levels in the HPO.
