Study On The Effect Of Exercise Imagination Therapy Combined With Lokomat Robot On Functional Rehabilitation Intervention Of Lower Extremities In Patients After Spinal Cord Injury

Objective:To explore the effect of exercise imagination therapy combined with Lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot training on the function,lower limb muscle strength,functional independence and psychological condition of the lower limb after spinal cord injury.Methods:In a triple-A hospital november 2018-November 2019,68 patients diagnosed with B-D spinal cord injury(diagnosis based on the 2000 American Spinal Cord Injury Association ASIA Disability Rating)were continuously collected from those diagnosed with the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate in this study.68 patients were divided into four groups using a random numerical table,group A used conventional therapy,Group B used conventional therapy and exercise imagination therapy,and Group C used conventional therapy and Lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot training therapy.Group D was used with conventional therapy,exercise imagination therapy,lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot training therapy.After four groups of comparative analysis,the effect evaluation of lower limb movement function(FMA lower limb part),lower limb muscle strength(MMT),functional independence(SCIM-III)and psychological condition(SAS,SDS)was evaluated before and after intervention in four groups of patients.Results:1.Prior to the intervention,there were no statistical differences in lower limb movement function,lower limb muscle strength,functional independence and psychological condition score in the four groups of patients(P>0.05);Lower limb movement function,lower limb muscle strength(except fibula muscle),functional independence and psychological status were statistically significant in groups of 6 weeks and 12 Thursdays after intervention(P<0.05).Comparing each point in time,the Score of SAS and SDS was significantly higher in Group D compared to A,B and C,with significantly higher scores for lower limb movement function,lower limb muscle strength(except fibula)and functional independence.The effect of 12 weeks after intervention was better than 6 weeks after intervention,and the highest score of The D scalewas 12 weeks after intervention(P<0.05).Lower extremity fibula:6and 12 weeks after intervention,the four groups were compared(P=0.876,0.763,P>0.05),and the four groups showed positive clinical trends with the extension of intervention time,but could not be shown to be superior to other groups.2.Patient lower limb function,lower limb muscle strength(except fibula muscle),functional independence,psychological status:interaction between different groups at different times(P<0.05),Lower limb movement function(F交互=20.589,P<0.05),Lower limb muscle strength(except fibula muscle)(F交互=3.910、2.681、2.242、2.606,P<0.05),SCIM-Ⅲ(F交互=10.107,P<0.05),Psychological conditions(F交互=20.448,136.50,P<0.05);The longer the psychological condition intervention time,the more significant the effect of the intervention on the above indicators(F交互=0.319,P>0.05),There were no statistical differences in phoephagiascora scores in different groups at different points in time.3.Four groups of patients with lower limb function at different points in time,lower limb muscle strength(except fibula muscle),functional independence,psychological condition two comparisonfound,6 weeks after intervention,each function score was higher than before intervention(P<0.05),after intervention 12 weeks of the function score was higher than 6weeks after intervention(P<0.05);lower excitanosis:6 weeks after intervention and before intervention,12 weeks after intervention and 6 weeks after intervention,12 weeks after intervention and p-values before intervention(P=0.236,P=0.008,P=0.004,respectively).Conclusion:1.MI combined with Lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot to improve the function of lower limb movement in SCI patients is obvious;2.MI combined with Lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot to improve the SCI patients part of the lower limb muscle effect is obvious;3.MI combined with Lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot can improve the functional independence of SCI patients;4.MI combined with Lokomat lower limb rehabilitation robot situ is beneficial to improve the mental state of SCI patients.
