Clinical Effect Of Self-designed Baoxin Decoction Combined With Amiodarone On Patients With Paroxysms Of Paroxysms Of Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis After Radiofrequency Ablation

objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of self-designed baoxin decoction combined with amiodarone in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type).Method:Patients admitted to the department of cardiology,affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2018 to June 2019 were selected for patients with paroxysms atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).After screening by inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 46 cases were enrolled.Basic information of patients before treatment was recorded.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(23 cases)and control group(23 cases).Both groups received routine oral antiarrhythmic drugs(amiodarone tablets)on the postoperative day,and the treatment group received self-made baoxin decoction one week after the surgery.The mean ventricular rate,the recurrence rate of af and the EHRA score of the patients at 1 month,3 months and 6 months before and after treatment were analyzed.Changes of interleukin-6,TNF-,HDL cholesterol and left atrial volume index;The change of sf-36 score was used to compare the efficacy of TCM symptoms and the change of TCM syndrome score,evaluate the clinical efficacy,and observe whether the patients had any adverse events.The above data were statistically analyzed using SPSS for Windows21.0 software.Results:1.Efficacy evaluation: EHRA scores and quality of life scores(SF-36 table)of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group at 3 months and 6 months of treatment.The mean heart rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group at1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The recurrence rate of AFin the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.In the treatment group,the level of factors related to af recurrence was significantly improved 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.For adverse events,1 case in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group were all sinus bradycardia,and amiodarone dose was halved and returned to normal without statistical difference.The curative effect after treatment was better than that before treatment.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Safety evaluation: there was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion: Self-designed baoxin decoction combined with amiodarone can improve the postoperative symptoms and quality of life of patients with paroxysms of paroxysms of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis after radiofrequency ablation.To some extent,the recurrence rate and ventricular rate of af were controlled.Reduce the risk factors associated with atrial fibrillation recurrence.Significantly improved TCM syndromes.The method has good efficacy and safety.It is speculated that the mechanism may be related to reducing inflammation,inhibiting left atrium enlargement and improving endothelial function.
