Clinical Observation Of Yishen Huayu Jiangzhuo Decoction On Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Huayu Jiangzhuo Decoction on treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-4 with pishenqiixuxuemaiyuzhizheng and blood stasis syndrome,and to preliminarily explore the possible mechanism of delaying renal fibrosis.Methods 65 cases of CKD stage 3-4 with pishenqiixuxuemaiyuzhizheng were randomly divided into two groups.33 cases in the treatment group were treated with the basic treatment and the oral traditional Chinese medicine,32 cases in the control group were treated with the basic treatment,both groups were treated for 6 months.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment on the level of laboratory indexes(BUN,Scr,TGFβ1 and smad3),TCM syndrome integral,and related safety index.And discoversed the possible mechanism of delaying renal fibrosis.Results 1.TCM syndrome effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 90.63% and 64.52%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was stronger than the control group.2.Total clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 81.25% and 48.39%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was stronger than the control group.3.Laboratory indicators: SCr,TGF-β1 and Smad3 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05);SCr,TGF-β1 and Smad3 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,SCr and TGF-β1 in the control group were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),Smad3 was not significantly lower(P>0.05),and the treatment group was stronger than the control group.There was no significant change in BUN level in both groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.Safety indexes: there was no significant change in liver function(ALT and AST)in the two groups before and after treatment,showing no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions Yishen Huayu Jiangzhuo Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of CKD stage 3-4 patients with pishenqiixuxuemaiyuzhizheng,and has certain clinical effect;the level of SCR,TGF-β1 and Smad3 in blood can be decreased,may related to delaying the progress of renal fibrosis in patients of CKD stage 3-4 patients with pishenqiixuxuemaiyuzhizheng,and there is no obvious effect on the liver function of the patients,and the clinical application is safe.Figure 0;Table 17;Reference 133...
