Objectives To observe the clinical effect on "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" treating irritable bowel syndrome with pattern of liver depression and spleen deficiency.And explore the efficacy comparison of "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" and "Traditional TenPoint Acupuncture",then provide an innovative means with Chinese medicine for patients.Methods In strict accordance with the inclusion criteria will be included in this study,88 cases of irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,including 44 cases in the observation group.Cases in the observation group was treated with "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture",The acupoints were bilateral Qimen(LR14),Zhangmen(LR13),Liangmen(ST21),Huaroumen(ST24)and Shenmen(HT7).Including 44 cases in the control group.Cases in the control group was treated with "Traditional Ten-Point Acupuncture".The acupoints were Qihai(CV6),shangwan(CV13),zhongwan(CV12),xiawan(CV10),Tianshu(ST25)(bilateral),Neiguan(PC6)(bilateral),Zusanli(ST36)(bilateral).After three courses of treatment,the general information,the scores before and after the treatment of TCM symptoms,the changes of scores before and after the treatment of HAMD-17,the total clinical efficiency rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results 1 There was no significant difference about the general data between of the two groups and the scores of TCM symptoms and HAMD-17 before treatment(P>0.05).2 Analysis of TCM syndrome results: Compared with before treatment,the observation group and the control group TCM syndrome score of IBS-D patients reduced.There is a significant difference in the improvement of IBS-D patients’ abdominal pain,abdominal distention and the number of excretion symptoms(P<0.05).There is a significant difference in the improvement of IBS-D patients’ stool classification symptoms(P<0.01).3 Analysis of HAMD-17 results: compared with before treatment,the observation group and the control group HAMD-17 score of IBS-D patients reduced,but there is a significant difference in the improvement of depression symptoms of IBS-D patients with "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture"(P<0.01).4 Efficacy analysis: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,of which 10(22.7%)were cured,18(40.9%)were significant effective,12(27.3%)were effective and 4(9.1%)were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 77.3%,of which 7(15.9%)were cured,12(27.3%)were significant effective,15(34.1%)were effective and 10(22.7%)were ineffective,suggesting that the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5 Safety analysis: 44 patients in the observation group,including 1 patient with adverse reactions,43 patients without adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.27%;44 patients in the control group,including 2 patients with adverse reactions,42 patients without adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.54 %.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" and "Traditional Ten-Point Acupuncture" have curative effect on irritable bowel syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,but "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" is stronger than of "Traditional Ten-Point Acupuncture".2 "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" and "Traditional Ten-Point Acupuncture" can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and both "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" improved significantly,but "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" has extremely significant effect on the improvement of fecal deformity and depression symptoms.3 "Men Ten-Point Acupuncture" can be applied to patients with mild,moderate and severe irritable bowel syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,with a wide range of treatment,high patient satisfaction,safety and economy,suitable for clinical promotion.Figure 4;Table13;Reference 123... |
