Objective:By investigating the expression of von Willebrand Factor(v WF),a marker of vascular endothelial injury,in the serum of healthy people and patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT),as well as in the serum of patients with DVT treated with different methods at different stages,to explore the effect of DVT and its different treatment methods on vascul ar endothelial cells. Methods:We collected a total of 24 patients with DVT who were hospitalized in the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from May 2017 to July 2018,of which 12 patients were treated with Angiojet percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy(the Angiojet treatment group),and 12 patients were treated with manual aspiration thrombectomy using a large-size catheter(the large-size catheter treatment group),And 20 healthy adults undergoing physical examination in our hospital were collected. The v WF concentrations were compared between healthy adults and patients with DVT,as well as in different endovascular treatments.Results:1.The v WF concentration in healthy adults was(205.82 ± 44.19)pg / m L,and the v WF concentration in DVT patients was(345.29 ± 68.57)pg / m L.The two groups was statistically different(t = 7.83,P <0.01).2.The v WF concentration in the Angiojet treatment group was(317.43 ± 45.84)pg / m L at the 24 hour after operation, and the v WF concentration in the large-size catheter treatment group was(347.45 ± 73.70)pg / m L at the 24 hour after operation,There was no significant difference between the two groups(t=1.20,P>0.01);The v WF concentration in the Angiojet treatment group at the 72 hour after operation was(282.36 ± 33.77)pg / m L,and the v WF concentration at the 72 hour after operation in the large-size catheter treatment group was(311.73 ± 46.03)pg / m L.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t = 4.08,P> 0.01);The v WF concentration in the Angiojet treatment group at the 120 hour after operation was(257.70 ± 32.99)pg / m L,and the v WF concentration in the large-size catheter treatment group at the 120 hour after operation was(283.91 ± 37.75)pg / m L.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t = 1.165,P> 0.01).3.The v WF concentration before operation in the Angiojet treatment group was(328.76 ± 66.37)pg / m L,and the v WF concentration before operation in the large-size catheter treatment group was(361.83 ± 69.50)pg / m L.There was no significant difference between the two groups(t = 1.19,P>0.01).The v WF concentration in the Angiojet treatment group was(317.43 ± 45.84)pg / m L at the 24 hour after operation, which was no significantly difference compared with the result before operation(t = 1.06,P> 0.01).The v WF concentration in the Angiojet treatment group on the 72 hour after operation was(282.36 ± 33.77)pg / m L,which was significantly decreased compared with that before operation(t = 3.67,P <0.01).The v WF concentration in the Angiojet treatment group at the 120 hour after operation was(257.70 ± 32.99)pg / m L,which was significantly decreased compared with that before operation(t = 5.57,P <0.01).The v WF concentration in the large-size catheter treatment group was(347.45 ± 73.70)pg / m L at the 24 hour after operation, there was no significantly difference compared with that before operation(t = 0.86,P> 0.01).The v WF concentration in the large-size catheter treatment group was(311.73 ± 46.03)pg / m L at the 72 hour after operation, which was significantly decreased compared with that before operation(t = 3.37,P <0.01).The concentration of v WF in the large-size catheter treatment group at the 120 hour after operation was(283.91 ± 37.75)pg / m L,which was significantly decreased from that before operation(t = 4.92,P <0.01).Conclusions:1.The serum v WF factor concentration of DVT patients is higher than that of healthy adults, and DVT has endothelial cell injury.2.There is no significant difference in the degree of endothelial damage caused by Angiojet percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy and manual aspiration thrombectomy using a large-size catheter.3.The injury and activation of vascular endothelial cells by mechanical thrombectomy will not affect the treatment effect. |
