Objective:Preliminary analysis and comparison of Angiojet mechanicalthrombus removal and percutaneous artificial thrombus aspiration inthe treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Therelative advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methodswere obtained through statistical analysis, and some guidance was givenfor clinical treatment. Methods:A retrospective analysis about 62 patients who got acute left lowerextremity deep venous thrombosis had interventional therapy from July2014 to November 2018.Among them half received Angiojet Mechanicalthrombectomy and the left half received percutaneous thrombectomy.Study the different between hospitalization time, catheter thrombolysistime, thrombus clearance rate,Improvement of swelling of affectedlimb、complication rate.Results:31 patients treat with Angiojet Mechanical thrombectomy behospitalized about 9-29 days(average 19.23 days),and the length ofcatheter thrombolysis was 2-9 days(average 4.61 days). The resultsshowed that the thrombus clearance rate was : grade Ш:18 cases,gradeⅡ:12 cases,gradeⅠ:1 case.Improvement of swelling of affectedlimb:1-4 days(average 2.03 days).and the incidence of complicationswas 3/31;31 patients with percutaneous artificial thrombus suctiontreatment, hospitalization time : 11-34 days(mean 19.68 days),the catheter thrombolysis time: 4-10 days(mean 6.16 days),thrombusclearance:grade Ш:6 cases,gradeⅡ:16 cases,gradeⅠ:9 case,Improvement of swelling of affected limb : 2-5 days(average 3.12days).the incidence of complications: 10/31.The remaining patients inthe two groups had good efficacy, and no recurrence or othercomplications were found at the end of follow-up.hospitalization timeP>0.05,gets no statistically significant.catheter thrombolysis timeP<0.05 was statistically significant.Thrombus clearance rate P<0.05 wasstatistically significant, and postoperative complications P<0.05 wasstatistically significant. Conclusion:Angiojet mechanical thrombotomy for acute deep venous thrombosisof lower extremities has better efficacy, complication rate and prognosisthan percutaneous artificial thrombus aspiration,Improvement ofswelling of affected limb, but there is no significant difference in totallength of hospitalization.
