Objective: This study summarized the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and types of drug resistance by comparing the differences between the patients with initial and relapsed smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.By comparing the initial and recurrent bacterial positive tuberculosis patients in general, the result of sputum culture and drug susceptibility, imaging results, with or without diabetes, high uric acid hematic disease complications, and clinical symptoms such as elements of traditional Chinese medicine, summarizes the characteristics of governance and re-treat pulmonary tuberculosis patients medical records at the beginning of contrast in the distribution and drug resistance of syndromes distribution for different types,in order to prevent and reduce the recurrence of tuberculosis and the instruction of Chinese and western medicine treatment of recurrent tuberculosis patients. Methods: In this study, inpatients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis who visited public health clinical center of chengdu from April 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the analysis objects.Clinical data of patients with tuberculosis in sputum culture were selected in this study and divided into two groups : the primary treatment group and the retreatment group. The sex, age, nationality, treatment of each sample number, smoking index, diabetes mellitus, with or without pulmonary cavity with high uric acid hematic disease, chest CT,drug resistance,TCM syndrome observation range, input excel spreadsheets, using SPSS25.0statistical software for analysis.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Research results:1.Research objects: a total of 82 cases(43 cases in the primary treatment group and 39 cases in the secondary treatment group)were included in this study, including 54 males and 28 females. There were 43 cases in the primary treatment group,30 cases in males and 13 cases in females. There were 39 patients in the retreatment group, including 24 males and 15 females. The syndrome differentiation in TCM included 29 cases of deficiency syndrome of lung Yin,24 cases of deficiency syndrome of Yin Yin,28 cases of deficiency syndrome of qi and Yin,and 1 case of deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang.2.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in gender, age, ethnicity, smoking index and hyperuricemia(P>0.05).3.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in treatment frequency, diabetes mellitus, chest CT pulmonary cavity, drug resistance and TCM syndrome types(P<0.05).Research conclusions:1.The proportion of initially treated pulmonary tuberculosis syndrome was from high to low: 21 cases(48.8%)with deficiency of lung Yin,12cases(27.9%)with deficiency of Yin and fire,9 cases(20.9%)with deficiency of qi and Yin,and 1 case(2.3%)with deficiency of Yin and Yang. The proportion of retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis syndrome was from high to low: 19 cases(48.72%)with qi and Yin deficiency,12 cases(30.77%)with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing, and 8 cases(20.51%)with lung Yin deficiency.Zero cases of deficiency of Yin and Yang.2.The drug resistance rate of sputum culture in the treatment group was lower than that in the treatment group.3.The condition of chest CT pulmonary cavity in the retreatment group was more obvious than that in the primary treatment group.
