Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Tinnitus Syndrome Of Spleen-stomach Weakness By Palace Tunes Music

Objective : This study aims to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Gong Diao music combined with Yi Qi Smart Soup in the treatment of tinnitus(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)and its accompanying symptoms,and provide reliable clinical basis for the treatment of tinnitus with five-tone therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Method : Select November 2019 to December 2020 in Jilin province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine otolaryngology clinic and meet the inclusion criteria of patients,using the method of randomized controlled trials,the selected72 cases meet the inclusion criteria of patients,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group only oral Yi Qi Smart Soup,the treatment group of Gong Diao music combined oral Yi Qi Smart Soup,listen to music every 30 minutes,once a day,oral decoction juice,200 ml,twice a day,morning and evening,a total of14 days.The data before and after treatment were observed and recorded for statistical analysis and comparison.Results : Among the 72 patients in the treatment group,5 cases fell off(3 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group),and 67 cases did not fall off(33 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group).The results of statistical analysis are as follows.1.According to the tinnitus severity scale of the two groups before and after treatment,treatment,the tinnitus severity of patients in the treatment group and the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment and comparison,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.2.According to the THI scale of the two groups before and after treatment,the tinnitus severity grading of the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with before treatment.After statistical analysis and comparison,P < 0.05,with statistical significance,indicating that the tinnitus severity and its accompanying symptoms of the two groups were alleviated compared with before treatment.3.Treatment group and control group of two groups of patients with tinnitus severity scale and THI scale after treatment between groups grading comparative analysis,P > 0.05,still can not explain the treatment group than the control group.4.The results of efficacy evaluation after treatment showed that 2 cases were clinically cured,12 cases markedly effective,13 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective in the control group,and 5 cases were clinically cured,17 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective and4 cases ineffective in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 87.89 % in the treatment group and 79.41 % in the control group,P < 0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion : To sum up,the two methods can improve the tinnitus severity scale and THI scale grading,but in improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with tinnitus(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)choose traditional Chinese medicine Gong Diao music combined with Yi Qi Smart Soup treatment,the overall clinical curative effect is better than the use of Yi Qi Smart Soup alone,so this method is worthy of clinical application.
