| Objectives Through research and observation of the actual clinical efficacy of transurethral columnar cystic prostate expansion(TUCBDP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH),summarizing its surgical complications and postoperative sexual function, providing relevant theoretical support for the practical clinical application of TUCBDP.Methods A retrospective study analyzed the clinical data of 265 patients with BPH who were treated with TUCBDP in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2019.All patients met the screening criteria for inclusion and exclusion criteria in this study. The hospitalrelated tests and examination data were complete and the diagnosis of BPH was clear.Record relevant information during hospitalization and perioperative period. The international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life index score(QOL),maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),residual urinary bladder volume(RUV)indexes were recorded and compared before and after surgery.Observe and summarize the postoperative complications and sexual function of the patient. Results 1 265 patients successfully completed the operation, the operation time was(24.67±7.60)min,the operation bleeding volume(26.50±21.43)m L,the postoperative bladder irrigation time(20.40±3.22)h,and the postoperative indwelling catheter time(6.11±1.50)d,postoperative hospital stay(6.90±2.28)d.After regular follow-up,the IPSS score,QOL score,Qmax,RUV and other indicators at 1 month,12 months, and 24 months after operation were statistically different from those before the operation(P<0.001).2Among them,45 patients had sexual life. There was no significant difference between the preoperative and postoperative international erectile dysfunction score(IIEF-5),penile erectile hardness score(EHS)and chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation score(CIPE)(P>0.05),and retrograde ejaculation occurred The rate was 4.44%(2/45),and the overall sex life satisfaction rate was 95.56%.3 The total postoperative complication rate was 20%(53/265),including transient urinary incontinence 10.56%(28/265),bleeding 1.13%(3/265),urinary tract infection 4.15%(11/265),urethra The stenosis was 0.37%(1/265),and the acute urinary retention was 3.01%(8/265).The abovementioned complications improved after regular and effective treatment, and no true urinary incontinence occurred. Conclusions 1 TUCBDP can significantly improve the symptoms of lower urinary tract obstruction in patients with BPH.It has been observed recently that the clinical effect is remarkable. It has the advantages of short operation time and simple operation, and it is worthy of further promotion and application.2 TUCBDP has little effect on sexual function, and the overall satisfaction rate of sexual life after surgery is high.3 There are few complications after TUCBDP,and the overall safety of the operation is high.Figure 5;Table 8;Reference 175... |
