Purpose:Use of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring24-hour blood pressure ofhypertension patients with different TCM classification, analyzing the characteristics of thehypertension of different TCM syndrome types of blood pressure, using the theory of Chinesemedicine to analyses the result of the statistical results, expectations for hypertension TCMdialectical classification to provide objective quantitative standard, for the prevention andtreatment of hypertension in Chinese medicine clinical provide more accurate guidance.Materials and methods:Literature for hypertension after dialectical classificationstandard, the hypertension can be divided into four type: Sthenic Gan-yang type, SthenicYang and Weak Yin type, Weak both Yang and Yin type and Stagnation of phlegmaticaltype, applied to the test. Choose those definite clinical diagnosis of132cases of patientswith essential hypertension, respectively, on the TCM syndrome differentiation type belongto four, after reoccupy24hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring the blood pressure, record and statistics included in the basis of the data and blood pressure values, of fourgroups of data to make analysis after comparing the results between groups. Input data fromExcel, using spss17.0software to make statistical analysis.Results:1.Using medical statistical software for processing, four groups of patients age, gender and duration comparison had no statistical difference (P>0.05), comparable.2.Hypertension patients with different TCM syndrome types of blood pressure circadianrhythm disappeared rate is different, with Yin and Yang deficiency type group is highest, followed by Stagnation of phlegmatical type group, moreover is the Sthenic Yang andWeak Yin type group, Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type group and Yin and Yangdeficiency type group significant difference; Sthenic Gan-yang type group blood pressurecircadian rhythm disappeared rate is the lowest (20%), and the deficiency of Yin and Yangtype and Stagnation of phlegmatical type group have significant differences.3.Different syndrome types in patients with systolic blood pressure levels compare results:Sthenic Gan-yang type, Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type and Stagnation of phlegmaticaltype of24hours during the day and the average systolic blood pressure and blood pressure load is higher, and the deficiency of Yin and Yang type to compare all statistical differences(P <0.05), Yin and Yang deficiency and Stagnation of phlegmatical type average systolicblood pressure drop rate is low at night, the night blood pressure load is high, and SthenicGan-yang type group and Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type groups had statistical difference(P <0.05)4.Different syndrome types in patients with diastolic blood pressure level comparisonresults:the24hours, day and night average diastolic blood pressure levels of SthenicGan-yang type and Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type were significantly lower than theStagnation of phlegmatical type, respectively compared, there were statistically significantdifferences (P <0.05). Yin and Yang deficiency type nocturnal diastolic blood pressure droprate is low, and the rest of the three significant difference (P <0.05). The24hours day andnight and the average diastolic blood pressure load of these types, the Stagnation ofphlegmatical type indicates the highest, followed by deficiency of Yin and Yang type.5.Yin and Yang deficiency type mean arterial pressure and mean arterial pressure drop rate atnight to four groups, and have suffered with Sthenic Gan-yang type and Stagnation ofphlegmatical type significant difference (P <0.05). Sthenic Gan-yang type pulse differentialpressure for the top four groups, followed by Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type, two type ofno significant difference (P>0.05), but with both Yin and Yang deficiency and Stagnation ofphlegmatical type hold significant difference (P <0.05)6. Sthenic Yang and Weak Yin type hand circadian blood pressure variation degree of thelargest, followed by Sthenic Gan-yang type, Yin and Yang deficiency and Stagnation ofphlegmatical type blood pressure variability is lower, in24hours and suffered from daytimeblood pressure variability in apparent difference between Sthenic Gan-yang type and SthenicYang and Weak Yin type (P <0.05).Conclusion:Patients with high blood pressure of24-h ambulatory blood pressure level, blood pressure circadian rhythm and blood pressure after load level monitoring value insyndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine such as there exists a significantdifference between different syndrome types, can increase for hypertension for the objectiveindicator of TCM syndrome classification, and through the preliminary grasp of traditional Chinese medicine to patients with blood pressure condition and evolution law, on theduration, and prevention of target organ damage to a better clinical guide. |
