Objective: This study is a treatment method of yisheng-heluo decoction combined with tamoxifen created by Professor Liu Songjiang based on the theory of collateral disease, observing the clinical study of yisheng-heluo decoction combined with tamoxifen in treating breast cancer with collateral-interest accumulation syndrome,by observing the clinical symptoms,TCM symptom scores, quality of life, physical condition, tumor markers and other changes in patients before and after treatment, and the improvement of adverse reactions related to tamoxifen therapy,Systematically evaluate the treatment of yisheng-heluo decoction for breast cancer patients, and provide strong evidence for the promotion and application of yisheng-heluo decoction. Methods: Sixty breast cancer patients who met the criteria were divided into two groups using the Doll's clinical case random table, which were 30 cases in the treatment group: treated with yisheng-heluo decoction combined with tamoxifen;and 30 cases in the control group: treated with tamoxifen treatment. There were 3 cycles of treatment,28 days per cycle. The efficacy was evaluated according to Kupperman's modified score scale, breast cancer patients' quality of life measurement scale FACT-B4.0,TCM syndrome score standard status table, and Karnofsky's health status score table.Results:1.After treatment, the CEA and CA153 levels of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment;the levels of CEA and CA153 in the treatment group were significantly lower than before(P <0.05);the CA153 of the control group decreased significantly before and after treatment(P <0.05),but the decrease in CEA was not obvious(P> 0.05);compared between groups, there was a significant difference in CEA levels between the two groups(P <0.05),CA153 was not significantly different(P> 0.05).2.The improvement of TCM syndrome score,KPS score, and FACT-B score of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment in thetreatment group and control group(P<0.05).The improvement of treatment was significantly higher than that of TAM alone(P<0.05);3.Alleviation of endocrine therapy-related adverse reactions in the treatment group was that all symptoms and total scores had decreased before and after treatment, including hot sweating, insomnia, dreaminess, irritability, suspicion of depression, fatigue, weakness, headache, dizziness, palpitations, chest Pain and total scores improved significantly(P<0.05);However,the control group's symptoms of hot sweating and depression before and after treatment were higher than before treatment, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).That is,the improvement rate of adverse reactions in tamoxifen therapy. The combination of yisheng-heluo decoction combined with tamoxifen had significant differences compared with tamoxifen alone(P<0.05);and the treatment group had no adverse effects on blood cell analysis and liver function.Conclusion:1.Yisheng-heluo decoction can reduce the levels of CEA and CA153 in breast cancer patients with syndrome of collateral-interest accumulation.2.Yisheng-heluo decoction can improve the TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms of breast cancer patients with the syndrome of collateral-interest accumulation, improve the quality of life and physical condition.3.Yisheng-heluo decoction can improve the adverse reactions related to tamoxifen therapy of breast cancer patients with syndrome of accumulation of syndromes. And it has no adverse effects on the safety indicators of blood cell analysis and liver function.
