Study On Tcm Syndrome And Treatment Distribution Characteristics Of Chronic Atrophic And Non-atrophic Gastritis

Objective:In this study,the clinical records of patients with chronic atrophic a nd chronic non-atrophic gastritis were collected and sorted out.Methods:From 2015 to 2017,962 cases of chronic gastritis were collected in the hospital,552 cases were qualified,410 cases were excluded.Accord ing to the report of gastroscopy and pathology,256 cases of chronicatro phic gastritis and 296 cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,the age,sex,syndrome,tongue,pulse,prescription,medicine and gastroscopy of thepati ents were recorded respectively,and the database was established and s orted out with Excel.The syndrome and treatment characteristics of chro nic atrophic and non-atrophic gastritis were studied by frequency statisti cs.Results:1.In chronic atrophic gastritis,the proportion of patients older than60 years of age is the highest;in chronic nonatrophic gastritis,the prop ortion of patients aged 40~60 years of age is the highest,all mainly fe male.2.The high frequency symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis are ep igastric distension,loss of appetite,fatigue and epigastric pain,and the high frequency symptoms of chronic nonatrophic gastritis are upper abdo minal distention or pain,vomiting acid water,belching and heartburn.3.The high frequency tongue veins of chronic atrophic gastritis are light tongue,dark red tongue,less fur,thin white fur,string vein and sink vein,and the high frequency tongue veins of chronic nonatrophic gastritis are red tongue,light tongue,yellow greasy fur,thin white fur,string vein and slippery vein.4.The high frequency syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis are s pleen and stomach weakness syndrome,liver qi invading stomach syndrome,stomach collaterals and blood stasis syndrome,and stomach yin def iciency syndrome;the high-frequency syndromes of chronic non-atrophic g astritis were liver-qi syndrome,spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome and spleen-stomach weakness syndrome.5.The high frequency prescriptions of chronic atrophic gastritis are Liujunzi decoction,Bupleurum Shugan Powder,Salvia miltiorrhiza deco ction and Chuanxiao San,Yiwei decoction;the high frequency prescripti ons of chronic non-atrophic gastritis are Bupleurum Shugan Powder,Erc hen decoction and Sijunzi decoction.6.The high-frequency prescriptions of chronic atrophic gastritis are fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Isatidis,Wulingzhi,Ophiopogonis,etc.Conclusion:1.The pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is mainly qi deficiency and yin injury,blood stasis and qi stagnation;the pathogenesis of chronic nonatrophic gastritis is mainly qi stagnation,often accompanied by liver and spleen disharmony,dampness and heat to commit stomach,cold and heat disorder and so on.2.The chronic atrophic gastritis is mainly located in the spleen and stomach,the course of disease is longer,more in the blood;chronic non-atrophic gastritis is mainly in the liver and stomach,the disease is still shallow,more in the qi.3.Although the characteristics of the two chronic gastritis syndromes overlap,but the mechanism of subtle dialectical is still different.
